I RECEIVED SAME CALL AND ON MY OLD MANAGERS VOICEMAIL. WHEN I CALLED BACK TO ADVISE TO NEVER CALL ME AGAIN BECAUSE I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM SHE STARTED SCREAMING AND SAID NOW YOU ARE HAVING ME SCREAM AND HUNGUP. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO GET RID OF THEM

I CALLED THE POLICE THEY TOLD ME NOT TO SEND ANY MONEY AND IF THEY SHOW UP TO CALL THEM THEY WILL ARREST THEM

This company is a scam.  I called the number back with an attempt to find out why they were calling.  I told them I needed some information from them as I was going to pass it on to our bankruptcy attorney.  First time they hung up on me.   I called back today as they left a rude message again . . . well the gentleman (Justin Floyd - Indian accent) became rude and told me to do something with his genitalia and that he was going to #### me in the street.  I called back and got a female (Traci - another indian accent) and was told rudely by her that he had the right to say those vulger things.  Please do something about this number

I received a call from this number two days in a row the first time they called my work and then they called my cell and stated that I was being investigated for fraud they stated that they will be sending a officer to my work and be arresting me my supervisor and Friend. This man went by the name Jason Parker. What a jerk I xalled my police Dept and they stated that this is a phishing scam

received the same phone call from "Jennifer" threatening to come to my job and home.... they knew my address and name....could hear noise in background...but when i tried to call back all it was a nonworking number..thanks for all the post...do these people not have anything better to do then try to scam..

I received the same threatening phone call as all other people.  I tried to call the number back just to see and got "all circuits are busy."  Now come on . . . that's an overseas link to India or somewhere they pay a penny an hour to the best English speaking person they have.  Jennifer . . . doesn't go with the accent.

I recieved a threating call from this woman. The call came from this number. She said an arresting officer will come to your job or place of business. I don't have a job or place of business.I don't even know who these people are. I am also a lady pastor. This is unreal.God bless you all (pastor) Linda

Just call a call from a man with an accent who said his name is Ray McKenzie and he is with the Orange County Sheriff's Dept in California.  He told me that I would be arrested on Friday morning at 11:00 along with my manager.  He knew my home address and the last four of my SS #.  He also said that if I try to run from them, they would shoot me.  The call back number he left was 714-441-8691 and said Bessemer.

I called the loan company they said I owed.  They told me it was a scam also.  I kept calling them back and harrassing them also.  They started to cuss and finally hung up on me.  I told them I reported them to FTC and the local police also.  So they are coming up with some stuff.  Just do not give out any of your information to them at all.  I will put them on my do not call list. Another way for them to harrass Americans.

These people are calling my boyfriend's phone and his stupid ex girlfriends number. She is making A HUGE deal out of it~ and Im like dude, that is a TOTAL SCAM! I want to report these people, what a waste of time! Thanks so much for the posts they helped stop US from freaking out. And it was all because of a pay day loan? Really!? What a shame...

same as the rest of you. checked into a loan online, backed out and never completed it. now getting calls from indian sounding guy about loan i never repaid and would be arrested and have many complaints against my name and ss#. I told em to bring it on!

I had to contact the FDC to report these people. I also reported this to local police, FBI and State Attorney General... Put this number on your do not call list...

For the past two years ive gotten phone calls from them.  Same guy even.  This past week he kicked it up a notch saying someone was going to come to "your mailing address" and "investigate you for arrest" I am in the emergency field, several of my friends are police officers and three are lawyers......NONE of them talk like that.  Its a total bs scam, dont even waste your cell minutes calling back

I thought I was the only one his was happening to. Thanks for the posts. These b*****ds have my cell and work numbers. I never heard of this company and never had a loan from them. This pisses me off that my information is floating out there in cyberspace and they can call you as much as they want. I never give them information, I just told the Indian guy I am not paying I want to fight you in court. He took a long pause and said oh okay and hung up.

Thank you for your posts.  Same thing as everyone.  I just took out a payday loan last week and just got same threatening, unable to understand message.  They actually left it on my work phone and cell phone, and I could tell it was a script, because it was word for word!  This page very helpful!

Received a call from this number but did not recognize so let voicemail pickup. Same threatening message as other callers reported. A female with an Indian accent saying that if I did not call back they would be sending investigators to my job,etc.  There was lots of noise in the background also. I will certainly not be calling this number back thanks to the previous posts.

Received call from a woman claiming to work for Bakers & McKenzie Law Firm. She claimed that a friend of mine took out a loan and used my name as a reference. I was threated that if my friend did not repay the loan that they would come after me for the money. When I confronted "female LISA w/ Indian accent" that this was a scam and I knew it, "Lisa" said if you don't repay see what happens tomorrow, I will be sending someone out to arrest you. I said send them.

They called me about a loan they said I never paid.  When I asked for more details they refused to give them to me and said that I would hear about it at court.  Then they were slightly abusive and talked in circles.  Total scam.

They have no respect for the Memorial Day Holiday. They are only a scam. I wish they would stop using calling center to make their scamming calls.

they claimed it was a law office, but since I recieved the call on Memorial Day, I was very suspious, and checked here before calling them back.  Thanks to everyone who has posted, that way I know there is no need to call them back.
