Got a call, missed it but got a voicemail that was only music.

They just called me. Did not leave any voice message.

I got the same thing, a week late and they bombard you with calls at all hours. Not even 30 days late but they say they are courtesy calls

These Jackholes call me at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning.  Along with 8 times a day from 7:30 am - 10:00 pm.  A week late on a payment and they harrass you like you sold your soul to the devil.  Used to like Wachovia, but since they were bought out by Wells Fargo, I'm seriously considering moving all of my accounts.

It's Wells Fargo this time. They called twice hadn't taken good notes since beginning of august and verified same information I've been given that records not updated, and equity line closed and moved to my husband's equity line. they claim every time 2 weeks to take me off list and remove amt and letter coming to confirm or corrected statement...nothing done but 1.5 wk later collections calls again put on as new debt on their list. kept a phone log of dates, conversations, names and different number interchanging of Wachovia and Wells Fargo people and they claim to get it straight gave the call back to follow up an 866 or 877 tel. no. I don't need to talk to 20 different people who claim to take notes and get it straight anymore. court is my answer. Have given them faxes letter certified& proof of documents and call log told this time I've kept on them. They don't leave messages. Tired of this company not getting it right either from Old Wachovia or the new. Even visiting bank branch didn't help since they don't have the same system to get things done right there. claim to have it straight now 11/11/2010. Told my husband you won't believe they told me everytime and have taken my name off collections and sure enough 1.5 wks later 800 or 866 calls coming in and not letters nothing changed. Also they had equity line wanted hazard insurance we sold 2007 and had to dig payoff letter and bank letter of deed coming for mortgage company the deed and they gave me another pay off letter and same letter dated this year as if they never notated it in their system. Now they send me an equity line notice of me being behind on a 3rd equity that is so old and don't provide the address of the property this time so don't know what it is to dig up my records to stop the foolishness. Guess they will start calling on that and tell me then tell me which property that we no longer own for years or an equity line closed or balanced transferred they don't have updated for collections. Don't deal with Wachovia or Wells Fargo...they need to get their act together from old records. Any bank that has a 1800s stage coach as their symbol means just that slow to act.

I'm 100% sure it's a collection agency...

I think it's a scam.  Same person called from this number and 5 minutes later from another area code, claiming to be calling about an overdue bank payment

I have had  8 calls listed on my caller ID at home and at work  I made the mistake of answering one of them and a message came on line saying  Important message do not hang up then the phone line went dead
