Silent phone call today from this number to my toll free number (from Kall8).

Called at 2 am, no one there, no message.  Also calling my toll free number from Get800today.

No message, nobody at the other end. Calls my toll free business number (which I got through "get800today.com") at weird times - during the night or weekends. Always costs me 15 cents. If 800-provider is behind it, it's one way to make money.

I would say overseas scammers.
