This number has called me 5 times a night for the past 8 nights. Ive picked up twice with no response and when I call back it says I am calling from an unauthorized number. Whatever that means. Im begining to feel harassed and will probably have to do something about it......
I received this on my called id several times, buy no message. In fact, they call and the phone rings only twice and it disengages. I have tried to call back several times and it just disconnects....
I am in business with matters from the state of Alabama is a top priority; revenue, dept of human resources and the health dept. It just makes me a little bit leary of the call.
annoyed (less so now)
Okay, they called again, but this time I answered. It was a researcher from the University of Alabama doing a public health survey. She knew my name and wanted to ask me how I was doing on quitting smoking with the assistance of the Alabama Department of Public Health '1-800-QUIT-NOW' program that I had sought help from in July of this year.
Got a call from this number last night after 6pm and this morning 8:30am. Missed both calls. When I tried to call back got 'you have dialed a non-working number message'.
No further info.
I am currently filing bankruptcy so this may be in some way related to that.
Got a call today, no caller ID on my cell phone. Tried to call back, got the chimes and "not a working number" message. Hmm..
Called my home number 3 times in a row, no message. Caller ID said "State of Alabama". Called the number back from both my home phone and cell phone and recived message "We're sorry, you have placed your call from a phone which has calling restrictions or you have dialed a number which can not be reached". Neither my home or cell phone has any "calling restrictions"
