NCO has dozens of offices around the country, The auto dialer pulls the next number for a rep and calls it. I started saving the numbers so I know who is calling, I think I have about 15 or so numbers at this point. It would be great if some of the reps spoke good english.

these B*****ds call me from a different number everytime one number says new york one says north carolina another says Tuscaloosa Alabama how do these pricks have a ability to make their calls show from so many places. Its for capital one i paid into their insurance scam for years so if you lose your job i paid thousands into it alot of good it did b*****ds

Rcvd a call from this # yesterday. They were looking for a guy named derrick. I told them who I was and that I didn't know anyone named Derrick. They apologized and stated that they would put my tel number on the do not call list. They also stated it would take up to 48 hours to take effect.

It is NCO, they are working for Capital One and If you just hang up on them, they will re-cue the call and they will call back.
Tell them that you have filed bankruptcy and give them some bogus attorney name and they wont call for a couple of months.

It's NCO Collections. I think this number is specifically for collections on Capital One Credit Card accounts.
