Scam message received on wife's cell phone citing unpaid check which is completely false.

This number keeps calling me to tell me that because I have not responded to the previous calls then a judgement will be made against me regrading defrauding a financial institution. If I do not call back in 48 hours than I will be sued. I have noticed numerous postings about this and with this number. This number should be turned off.

205-588-5877 This company called my cell and said I had a worthless check and a judgement was pending against me. Don't know how they got my new cell phone number (just purchased it 2 days ago) Have not wrote a check in two years, this has got to be a scam.

This number keep calling my phone everyday around 5pm central time. I have no idea who this is

this company called and left a message saying I owed a debt. That they had written several letters and made several phone calls that I have disregarde. he then says this may put in jeopardy my drivers license and social security #.
I have already been one round with these people about 6 months ago.

This number is M. callahan. They are a ssam collection agency, using a local # as i live in Alabama
