Got a call on my cell phone, at my father's house, and my husband's ex-wife's house saying they would either be serving a warrant, or had a financial matter to discuss regarding xxxx bank account. Caller's name was Margaret McGrith - who closed the voice mail with "good luck to you and your family" or something of the sort. When I tried phoning back, spoke to two representatives who refused to give their address or fax number, said everything could be handled over the phone. Margaret hung up on me. We don't know what this debt is or regarding, and requested documentation.

Unknown call to my cell phone saying I have till 6pm to respond. Also said they're in the process of serving me either at work or home, but to call by 6pm.
Talked so fast, never got the name of the company he was representing

Capital Solutions called me with complaint saying i owe 500 dollars from 2008. i did have a pay day loan with geneva roth in 2008, but went through a divorce and separation. I do not know how this caller got my number, and cannot give a mailing address when asked. Also they call from a unknown number.
