Got a scam call from this number claiming to be for medical compensation. They always have the wrong name, ignore what you say, and have an Indian sounding accent. These same people have called me from a variety of numbers over the past 2 months.

These people are using fake numbers and fake names.  The Credit Voice is their real name, the name they hold on their telemarketing license, which is in Florida.  The calls are coming from 495 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, Florida.  Mike Hilgar runs the place.  Complain to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.  The FTC already has many complaints on them.  Many Attorney General's in different states also have several complaints on these people.  Indiana Attorney General has already filed suit against them.  The more complaints these organizations get, the sooner they can be stopped.

As I understand, our government allows direct marketing by which companies are allowed to buy lists of names and addresses.  I assume they buy phone numbers also.  Then, we get all these unwanted calls.  I was told the social security administration gives out names and addresses as well.  CONGRESS could control this but they don't.  As I understand, DNC lists do not apply to telemarketers who pay for marketing lists!  I suggest as others that you call whomever you can to stop these calls but VOTE AGAINST EVERY INCUMBENT IN POLITICAL OFFICE.  As long as we keep putting them back in office, who do they have to fear? Why should they serve us any better? VOTE THEM OUT!!!

Received call (again) and called back.  Got a message that the number was not in service at this time.  What?  They just called!

Very frustrating.

I am sick & tired of these phone calls.  Even when I answer to try to tell them to stop calling, you cannot talk to them.  I punch the button that says to connect to a person & it repeats the message.  I have blocked some numbers but evidentally they have more than one line.  These people need to be penalized.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Calls and leaves no message. ID says Chelsea, AL.

HAVE REPORTED THIS NUMBER 12 TIMES TO NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY (WASTE OF TIME).
HAVE REPORTED THE NUMBER THREE TIMES TO BANDWITH.COM OUT OF CAREY, NC, 800-808-5150, THEY ARE THE CARRIER FOR THE NUMBER, THEIR LEGAL SITE SAYS THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN THREE DAYS---HASN'T HAPPENED. THE CALLER IS IN VIOLATION OF THE CARRIERS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY AND WHEN YOU CALL THEY WONT LET YOU TALK TO THE LEGAL DEPT.
GOING TO THE FCC, STATE ATTY GEN AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO SEE IF THAT WORKS.
SUGGEST EVERYONE DO THE SAME.
THEY CALL, NO ONE IS THERE. CALL THE NUMBER BACK AND ONLY GET A BUSY SIGNAL. NO WAY TO IDENTIFY WHO THE CALLER IS OTHER THAN IT COMES UP AS CHELSEA, AL

This is the second call today and when you answer they hang up.

The call hangs up when you answer. They call at least once or twice a week.

Receiving 2 or 3 calls from this number daily.  This has been happening for about 2 months.  I answered once...they hung up.

It is very annoying and should be reversed back to the person or persons making the call...I have had enoug interruptions from political callers ...up to my neck..If I knew who was calling ....I certainly would not vote for them..

At least twice a week I have been getting a call from 205-677-7487.  I have tried to call the number and an operator says the mail box is full.  How do these people get a number that is not suppose to be published.  I am tired of getting calls from unknown callers and numbers you can not get a connection with.  I don't like it and I hope there is a law suit for such aggrevation.

GOT ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 10/3/12. FOUND OUT WHO THE CARRIER FOR THE NUMBER IS AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CARRIERS LEGAL DEPARTMENT. We are sick of being bothered by this call. They have called us over and over. We are elderly and it is sad that some people have no sense of decency to leave folks alone.

This caller 205 677-7487 has call over a half dozen times in the last couple of weeks. This is a super bother for senior citizens to have to come to the phone for someone trying to sell us something that we have no interest in whatsoever. How can this be stopped???

I HAVE REPORTED THIS NUMBER TO THE DO NOT CALL DIRECTORY 7 TIMES AS OF 10/2/2012.  THEY CALL, YOU ANSWER, THEY SAY NOTHING, CALL THEIR NUMBER BACK AND GET A BUSY SIGNAL. THINK I WILL SPEND A FEW DOLLARS AND GET THEIR NAME AND ADDRESS.

I got a call from this number and they hung up when I answered. I called this number back and got a recording saying "Medical Alert". Press 0 for an operator or 9 for company directory. Pressed 0 and got another voice mail for some one named Robert. I did not leave a message.

This comes up as Chelsea Alabama.  They are calling daily and then hanging up when I answer.  Before they hung up today, I said I was reporting them.  And so I am.......
