It is a vacation scam for a "free" vacation from someone called Global travel.
The information comes on a postcard to make it look like it is a package delivery company and that they have a package for you to schedule pick up.

I got a green postcard with that same phone number from "Combined Package Services" wanting me to call and schedule pickup.  When I google that name, it appears to be spam - most likely a timeshare sales company.

SCAMMERS! Here's what Google said about these guys: Readers report that Combined Package Services, Summit Package Services, or Express Package Services of Whitehouse, Texas is mailing postcards  with a phone number for recipients to call to schedule a pickup of their package.
It’s a scam. The company has gone by many names, including Apex Services. They lure people into calling and offer a gift if they purchase a vacation package.

We also recieved this post card and anticipated a package to arrive we called and all we got was music and after the second time we googled the number and found out this was a scam.  We reported the incident to the US. postal authorities, hopefully they will do something about it.  Number on the card I got was 855-257-1235 along with the tracking number and package number.  I encourage anyone who recieves this non sense to notify the postal authorities it only takes a few seconds online to report it.

Received the same card from Combined Package Services. They have changed the phone number to 855-257-1235. It comes up as no known listing. I checked the address to verify the SCAM.

I too got one of these green little post cards.  I'm glad I went online to read.

Might I suggest that instead of throwing these out (like suggested), that we get smart and take action.
#1. I do suggest pusing the post office to do something. If they get enough persistent upset people, they will get involved.

#2. Call the number, BUT use a pay phone (If you can find one). REASON #1. it costs them more to receive calls from pay phones than any pay phone. REASON #2. they will have invalid numbers in their database that they'll be calling waisting money, time, and resources.

I think it's time people start fighting back and stop caving in and giving up on "our system".  Yup it takes time, but you know what, that's what they bad guys are banking on; people being to lazy to take action to stop them.

Thanks to all those who posted before me. I am not sure if reported ... authorities seems to be aware of and sadly seems that nobody is doing anything to stop these guys

Why people write in the front of post card instead of back and on top of the address?

You know this is just another one of those telemarketer scams.

Just CALL THE NUMBER and then put the phone on the table for 5 minutes. Come back and hang it up. THERE ... they just wasted 5 minutes of their time, not yours!!

Got the same green postcard from P.O. Box 820 Whitehouse, TX 75791.  Actually called the number ...talked to a girl rep..telling me I have a free vaction package of 3 of which to choose from.  Didn't really give her personal information accept she verified my name, number I was calling from.  She had asked if I had a significant other..which I said yes and had asked for his name which I had told.  Then she asked if I had made a combined househould income of more than $40,000 ..and I said yes.  Then we set up a time and day to pick up package.  She gave me the address of where to pick it up.  Of course, still was sketchy after I hung up. Therefore, I googled the company..and lold and behold.  It is a scam.  I then wanted to check out the address the girl rep had told me to go to pick up the package.  And this was what I got...check out the link........

WARNING - DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!!!  This is an unscrupulous scam to bypass the Federal Do Not Call registry and get your phone number / personal information they otherwise could not get.  Here is how.  Companies bound by the Do Not Call List can take advantage of the list's terms and are released from them if YOU are the one  who calls THEM; the Do Not Call List provisions do not apply to companies who are called by the consumer.  You call them and you are fair game for their Vacation selling scam, request for private info, request for deposit to send your "packages", etc.  AND, your telephone number is no longer on the Do Not Call registry with regard to this particular company as you took yourself out of its protection (if any there really was) the moment you called them.  And believe me, they will record your incoming phone number just for this purpose, and probably sell it along the way as a proven "good prospect / live one".   Again, DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER.  IT IS A SCAM.  I just rec'd this green postcard and made a complaint with the USPS for this unwanted mail scam and I suggest everybody else do the same with these idiots.

I keep getting calls from them EVERY SINGLE DAY from a 903 area code. I've blocked two of their numbers but they obviously have multiple phone lines. I will be turning this over the the Florida State's Attorney and let him deal with it. I've had it. I sleep in the day and work in the middle of the night. I want to just beat the s*** out of somebody from that scam.

Got the green card in our mailbox, with no identifying company name on it.  We were suspicious immediately.  We googled the phone number, and it appears whatever outfit this is is up to no good.
