I have used this company for years and they do great work. I have heard about you and was told that you got fired for stealing for a customers home. You really need to watch what you put out on the web for people to see especially when you put your name on it. My neighbor was the one you stole from. you are a theif not Clean tec.

CALLS FROM CLEAN TECH OVER AND OVER. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ANSWERING THE PHONE LATE AT NIGHT AFTER BED TIME.

I HAVE USED THIS SO CALLED PROFFESIONAL COMPANY.CLEAN TECH.  LONG STORY SHORT  DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I PROMIS YOU, YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY YOU EVEN HEARD OF THEM!!!!!!!!. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CARPETS, AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING THAT YOU PAY YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLAR FOR. IF YOU ASK ME-------- JUST ANOTHER WAY TO DO A CRAIGS LIST SCAM. THEY PROMIS THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEMS DONT WORRY ABOUT THIS, AND YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM, UNTIL THE NEXT YEAR, WHEN THEY WANT YOU TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT  TO COME AND DAMANGE YOUR CARPETS AGAIN.

I think these people are calling random names out of the phone book. I'm also on the DNC registry. I've had my phone # for 4 years. They called just after 8pm and asked for me by my first name. Then "How are you doing?" I said "k". Then she went into a long sales speech about specials which I was tuning out. She asked me about using their services and I said "I'd rather go back to sleep" and was immediately hung up on. No sorry. I can't find this business in the BBB and under YellowBook they're listed as Cleantec Carpet & Upholstery yet the caller id said Clean Tech. From the looks of the dates of the other posts they've been doing this crap for quite a long time. Not a company I would even consider using given their tactics for drawing business.

SHILL Never have done business and yet they keep calling, despite reporting them. No REAL company behaves in such a way. They must have very poor word of mouth to be using constant calling as a way to drum up business.  WILL NEVER USE THEM!

Clean Tech is driving me nuts.  They have been calling twice a day and every time say they will put on do not call list.  Trying to find way to block as this is just harrassment.  I did use them before but would never use again because they just want quit calling.

Clean-Tec Carpet and Upholstery. Let me explain this company to you. First the techs- Really nice guys. They are very nice when they come out to your house and they seem as if they really are doing for you what is best for you. They do this thing called up-selling, which is where if they see something wrong with your carpet or something else you need cleaned they offer it to you and yes it does raise the price of your cleaning but what do you expect? Its how the world works so stop complaining about the price being raised you DA's. Next the Telemarketers- All i can say is wow. These people call you at late hours of the night wondering if you want your carpets cleaned. You think their manager would know to not let them call people that late. And now...to the manager- James Crumley. Ill be surprised if you know his name because he hides the fact that he is the manager. If you call with a complaint then he makes you talk to someone else and acts like he isn't even there. The one time i actually talked to him he hung up in my face. He is nothing but a scam artist. He screws people out of money and will talk about you behind your back. All he cares about is himself. He is what i like to call a P.O.S. I know that HE did not write this post right above mine but who ever wrote it must know him because they hit the nail right on the head. He blames everyone else for his screw ups. This is the guy that sent one of his techs to someones house and made the tech tell the customer that he was the manager. All because he was to scared to go and take a little responsibility. But the tech that he made do that didn't care because he is an idiot. I will have a little respect and not give his name because this is serious. This certain tech came to my house to clean and reeked of alcohol. I don't understand how his boss could let him work like that. But that's a money hog for you. He doesn't care if his techs are drunk or sick or what...as long as he is making his money. So to sum this all up, this company could be really great with a different manager.

Yea I'm a piece of crap business man and I rip off every stupid gullible individual who falls for our full of s*** spill that we lay on you when you're ignorant enough to stay on the phone with us more than 30 seconds. If you're a sucker..... then you deserve the service you get.   No, my techs have no clue that I am the con that I am.... they are clueless.  They are young and dumb.  That's why I hired them.  I don't feel sorry for any of them!  Rock on dadgummit! Show me the money!

i just happen to find this site by accident. I wanted to say it saddens me to see all the negative and hurtful comments about this great company. I got called just the other day and the person i spoke with was very polite and answered all my questions. i've usded this company before because they called me. yes they call a lot which can be overwhelming, but hey i wouln't know about the specials. i give them an a plus for service. thank you for calling me and i'll be calling back to set my appointment with the nice youmg lady i talked to.

I am a tech for Clean Tech. I can tell you that this company will rip you off. When I come out to clean your carpet I have to try to make you pay more than you want to spend because of the tech manager Eric Melton and the owner. I hate this job, IT SUCKS! My dad is the phone room manager. He hates lying to customers too. Get me out of here.

I used to work for this company. Absolute Home/Clean Tech is the same company owned by James Crumly, managed by Verronica Mitchell. They won't remove you from their calling list. You'll get called every two weeks unless you report them. Dewayne Sherrit is the telemarketing mgr and had no say so about the calls. YOU HAVE TO REPORT THEM TO MAKE THEM STOP CALLING! Veronica Mitchell will hound you until you set an appt.

This company has a F with BBB under Absolute Home Care.

They will cuss you out also.

Mine just started up again from this band of Yahoos.  Reported them today to the Natl Do Not Call Registry Again!

205-815-8951 called and then hung up when answered, seemed as if robo call to a human Operator, who did not pick up fast enough.

Called them back, Trying to sell Carpet Cleaning - Told them I am on the National Do Not Call, and told them to add me to their DNC list since they do seem to follow the law.

This company calls at night as Clean Tech. Same rude bunch. Manager said he gets call all the time and my name was in the phone book. Is this Clean Tech or Absolute Home Care or ??

Received several calls from this number with caller id saying "Clean Tech".  Most recent one was at 9pm.  I called back to tell them that I was not interested in whatever they were selling and I did not appreciate being called at 9pm and to remove me from their list.  Without asking my name, the woman says "well didn't you call us about having a loveseat cleaned?"  I told her I had not called anyone for such a service and please remove me from their list.  THEN she asked my name and number.  We'll see if they call back or not.

MAIN REASON -CROOKS DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAWS

2ND REASON - NO ONE WHO CLAIMS TO BE ON THE DO NOT CALL LISTS EVER BOTHERS TO REPORT THESE ILLEGAL CALLS TO THE DONOTCALL LIST WEBSITE.

So they cannot do anything about it.   Reporting it here IS NOT THE SAME as reporting to the DONOTCALL WEBSITE

What is the point of being on the DNL if telemarketers just keep calling.  I've only recently had this problem.  I used to never receive calls from telemarketers but now, it seems they call every day and I'm sick of it.

Repeated calls - hang up when the answering machine picks up. Unknown name is what shows up on the caller id.  Finally got tired of it and called them back.  Was given the option to leave a message in the general mailbox or press #2 to set up an appointment.  Since I knew they would not respond to the general mailbox, I chose option #2.  Got an operator and asked who I was speaking to.  She said "Absolute Home Care".  She said they were a carpet cleaning company and asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I told her that someone from that number kept calling over and over again and hanging up.  She asked for my name, my phone number and my zip code.  I gave them to her and she said she would have them remove my name from the list.  She kept talking to me like I was a 2 year old who could not understand her explanation and calling me "Honey".  By this time I was so annoyed, I said, "Please don't call me honey, you don't even know me."  She chewed me out.  Told me I was rude and that she wasn't going to let me talk to her that way.  And then hung up on me.  If I want my carpet cleaned, I'll call someone and ask, not wait and hope that they call me.  What jerks.
