This number was used on a junk fax sent to my fax machine that advertised debt collection services for companies. It was the number to send a fax to opt-out of receiving future faxes.

Since I had no prior business relationship with this company, the fax was unsolicited. Sending it was a violation of federal law.

Now its a Spam fax for health insurance.  Scam I am sure.  No company name, address or website listed.

Junk fax for Life insurance...no phone number or address or company name.   Just pointing you to a website getmylifequote.com.  And this number for removal.

Please refrain from any future solicitations. Don't need your "health insurance" scam.

We received a fax informing us that the the company will be in the Who's Who In Executives and Professionals.  So to be entered in this important directory all I need to do is fill out the form (Name, address...) and fax it back.  Did I also say it is free (BS) But I love this line. Next to the signature line it say's  "All correspondence I receive/received about this inquiry, (including This Fax) has my full and complete authorization".  Why don't they just say it as it is.... "If you are dumb enough to sign this and fax it back I'm going to send a big invoice to you and us this, claiming that you authorized the invoice".  This is a grade school scam.

By the way - this phone number is listed as the number to fax back to Unsubscribe.  So are you dumb enough to fax it back thinking you won something or are your dumb enough to fax it back to be removed.  The other question is why would I need to Unsubscribe from some suposed Who's Who listing?  beginner scam.

This call offered to lend money to small business, Don't even bother to give a company name. Sure...I'd rush to do business with them!

Get a call from this number (?) offering Health insurance. Offers free quote if you fax back to 754 200-2771.
Unsubscribe number is 206 202 4380.
I want them to stop. My number is in the National do not call registry.
