This guy has been leaving messages on my cell phone telling me he's interested in my website. But he sounds like he's reading from a script and I'm sure he's trying to cross-sell me.

I agree, I got the same message today.

The same recording I get all the time. I have reported this number at least 5 times to donotcall.gov. Uses up my minutes.

calls constantly, is a recording, probably coming from craigslist ads I have.  really annoying.

Following the comments is the whois information.  The guy says that he can call whoever he likes, as many times as he like, because if your phone number is on the internet he can "scrape it up" with his software. According to his blog,

if you call that number, it's a recording.  says to look up www.leads222.com which is a company that wants to give you leads to sell whatever to.  I'm sure they picked it up from my craigslist listings.
