I got this number from a dude trying to buy concert tickets.  wanted to send me a cashiers check, then send his "mover" to come get them???  Sounded odd....

Selling tires on craigslist. Received an email from this guy asking did I still have them about 3 hrs after listing them. It would take an idiot to fall for his trick.

Selling seats on Craigslist and got same email as other people, he would send driver to pick up, my husband emailed him our address and now I am worried.

GOT THE SAME THING--BELOW.  I EMAILED HIM BACK AND SAID:  "DUDE, YOU SHOULD GOOGLE YOURSELF.  NOT GOOD.  PLEASE GO TO HELL.

I recieved the same type of response for my engine hoist.  "Eric Grunson" wanted me to take my add off craigs list.  He would have his secretary cut me a check which he would send by UPS. The line about his movers coming to pick up the hoist was used also.  Sounded very strange so I searched the name.  Thanks to all who made entries here.

Eric sent me an email claiming he was deaf and couldn't provide me a telephone number.  But, he wanted to purchase my used refrigerator and would send a mover over to pick it up.  I recieved a check for $2000 more than the price listed.  Eric wanted me to cash the check, keep an extra $100 for my trouble and wire him the balance.  What an idoit!

Got an email from Eric Grunson wanting to buy my truck topper same thing sent me a check and his mover would pick it up. I cut his check up and sent it back to him.

Getting em from craigslist Eric Grunson-this same guy.  He has worded requests exact same and all on here but no phone # given to us.  I knew it was freaky so I yahood and looked him up, thank god for this site!  He wants our bedliner we listed this week and says all the same stuff: secretary draft us a check, deaf and using machine, movers to pick up, sending draft by Ups 2-3 days and very determined to get our name/address.  THank You for airing his dirty underwear for all 2 see!  Watch out seller beware

MY DAUGHTER PLACED AN ADD ON "CRAIGSLIST" SELLING HER 1984 DELTA 88 OLDSMOBILE, SHE RECIEVED AN E-MAIL FROM A PERSON INDENTIFYING HIMSELF AS ERIC BRUNSON A DEAF WHITE MAIL FROM WASHINGTON, STATING THAT HE WAS VERY INTERESTED IN PURCHASING HER CAR AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE HIS SECRETARY WRITE HER A CHECK AND SHE WOULD BE RECIEVING IT BY THROUGH THE USPS WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AND THAT HE WOULD BE SENDING HIS MOVERS TO PICK THE CAR UP & STATED THAT HE NEEDED HER, NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND AN ADDRESS AS TO WHERE HE WAS TO SEND THE CHECK AND ALSO SO HE COULD TELL HIS MOVERS WHERE TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE.
UNFORTUNATELY, FOR HIM, I LOOK AT ALL THE E-MAILS SHE GETS JUST FOR THIS EXACT RESON AND I DO AN EXTENSIVE CHECK ON ANY & ALL PERSONS ANSWERING HER ADD, ESPECIALLY SINCE ALL THE HUB BUB THAT TOOK PLACE WITH THE, "CRAIGSLIST KILLER!"
 WE ALSO CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER AND HOW CONVIENIENT THAT WE REACHED AN ANSWERING MACHINE WITH THE MESSAGE, "THIS IS BRIAN GRUNSON, I AM NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME PLEASE LEAVE A DETAILED MESSAGE WITH ALL INFORMATION NEEDED AND I WILL RETURN YOUR CALL ASAP." IT WAS ALSO REAL HANDY THAT HE MADE IT SOUND AS IF HE DID HAVE A SPEECH IMPEDIMENT JUST AS A SEMI DEAF PERSON WOULD HAVE!
 NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE HAVE REPORTED THIS WITH ALL DETAILS OF THE CALL WE MADE, ALONG WITH HIS E-MAILS TO AUTHORITIES!!

I also got the same emails saying he is deaf and by accident they sent to much money wanting me to send the over payment back to him. This is a joke if this many people have this many issues it has to be a scam or

Got the same coment on a Cielo Whirlpool tub. would have his "driver" pick up. Won't say where he lives. I'm still emailin with him; Ill just tell him it's a cash  only transaction... He won't call, only emails... but same name

Claims name is Eric Brian Grunson, a young white male artist looking to relocate from Washington, looking for a room to rent from Craigslist. No problem paying rent ASAP. Writes nice personal email replies, with suspect English flaws, telling you everything you want to hear to gain your trust . Smells like a money order scam based on comments. I'll be responsible for the pick-up and the movers money will be included in your payment to avoid delay,and after the check cleared,you will get the rest funds available to the movers,to enable them schedule an appropriate time for the pick-up at your location as i have other properties to be moved.
