They called and left a recorded message. It was Candice, calling on behalf of Med Recall News, to assure me that this wasn't a sales call, and to tell me that if I or anyone I know has died or been seriously injured due to any type of birth control, that I should call them back.

Fortunately, I had died, and was not able to call them back.

I HAVE THE SAM CALL AS ABOVE, WEIRD MY NAME IS JENN TOO,, YET IM TAKING ONE OF THE PILLS STATED BY NAME... THIS MAKES ME NERVOUS... HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE AN IF SO ARE YOU ACTUALLY ON ANY OF THESE?

I got the same message.  It talked about Yaz and some other birth control meds.  Sounds like it is a lawsuit type of deal...or a lawyer trying to start a lawsuit.  Funny thing, I don't take any of the medications listed nor do I take any birth control medication. And the call was to my cell number so my health insurance provider didn't give out my number because they don't have my cell number

i got called by this number today (10-5-2009)when i was takeing my sister to her play auditiouns. after i was called, i said helo and there was nobody on the other end. i hung up and backlisted them on youmail. and if this number calls me agen, i will report them to my sate's atourny genrel.

I received the same call...it tells you to press 3 to be removed...You press 3 and it plays the same message again...I then pressed 1 and had to leave a message for "Candace" to tell her to take my number off the list.

I received the same call today (10-7-09) about the same thing. Even Telemarketing companies can just solicit of the phone like this why would a class action lawsuit, be given the same courtesy. I have reported this number to the PUC and FCC. You can tell they are just after get more money. If people really had a problem related to these products I’m sure they would report them to their Doctor asap. Down with Auto dialers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received what sounded like a robocall on my cell phone's voicemail about a health warning message for the birth control pill Yaz. Funny thing is that my number is on the do not call list and I'm a man!

how can we stop these calls, annoying

I got a call to, on October 8th at like noon. I forgot if I picked up or if they left a message. But They never called again. I dont know who it was or how they got my number. But I am not surprised I got randomly called.
