I want to know if i could sue them they have been calling me for two months

I got the same call today stating I am receiving $7,840.00 but I have to wire Sam Walters $220.00

I got a call from a unknown number and they gave me the number 206 249-7273 as a call back number.  They even knew my address but I gave them  a fake credit card number and another fake address.  After she gave me the call back number I hung up an called them.  An Indian speaking guy answered and after I asked to speak to a U.S. citizen that was a born American he commenced with telling how the US Govt hires Indian, Vietnamese, and Chinese people because of a US work ethic problem.  He finally hung up after telling me what a piece of trash Americans were.  This phone number is from Washington State, not DC.  I wish the US Govt did give a crap about these rampid scam attempts

I would like to know how to stop this kind of scam

I too received this call this morning. Sam Walker wanted me go to to Western Union and send him 260.00 dollars and I would receive this money today. 8,500.00 dollars would be directly deposited into my account and the 260.00 dollars would be refunded with the deposit. How crazy do these people think we are. The money sounds great, but heads up this can't be for real. Watch what your doing out there. The number is 206-249-7273 Sam Walker, but first you receive a call from Elizabeth at 828-303-5558 she starts out telling you about this grant money, but when you try and call the 828 number back it is not a working number.Good luck to all

I too got a call. The first man couldn't understand him well, he told me that he was calling from Washington D.C. and that I won a Gov't grant. He told me to call Sam Walter at 206-249-7273. I called Sam Walter, he told me that the Gov't is giving me a grant for $8,500 and it will be in my account today. But, I have to go to Western Union to send him $250 to process this. Once he said I had to pay and especially via Western Union, major Red Flag. If there is ever a fee from the Government (Gov't), they automatically take it out. This is a major Scam!!! Please be careful out there.
