got a call from this number telling me that I won 2nd place in PCH. Told him I was calling back and went to the computer and read these post. This guy has a English name and a Indian accent. Also, many scams coming out of the Seattle area.

SCAMMER, said they were from Publisher clearing house with you being the second winner. wanted you to deposit 999.99 in their account according to fedearl law, to claim your winnings.
