They are monsters creating headache

This is another number they are calling from213-725-5387. they claim to read off charges that are against you and threaten to have you arrested if you do not pay. I have not answered the calls. Is this a good idea, seeing how they get so upset with you over the phone? What can we do? they call from Washington one day then California the next..What a major headache!

First of all they are not working for a collection agencies you just lost your money they are scamers you need to call and report them asap because and let them know when the call back that you have and since you have given them money you might be able to press charges against them because they stole your money!!!

Okay they have several numbers they are using not just this one they are 917 459 0262 out of new york 916 395 0000 California these are two that I know of they have been calling my sister in- law and threatening her so I got her to give me the numbers so I called them back and didn't really give them a chance to say much I told them that we have informed the FBI, and other law enforcement agencies to let them know of what was going on, I got a F you B and then they hung up if you stand up to them they wont call you back I promise you that they are trying to get more information so they can still your Identity

This damn number calls me at least 30 times a day and says my social security number is being kept on hold by the U.s. government pending investigation or some crap like that who are these people?

Last month these people had me so scared I had a loan I had defaulted on. After sending them 441.00 on a prepaid credit card > They told me that was not enough and threatened me with court , jail . I am not in default on any loan and I continue to recieve threatining messages. They are also calling from different phone numbers. How can I stop them

i also recieved a call from a middle eastern man named eric who informed me of a lawsuit because of a payday loan from a cash advance i never had a loan from them and i don't know how he got my last 4 sc no#s he said i owed $350 and i would have to appear in court for the lawsuit or i could make payments i informed him that i know of your operation and i will inform the police of this scam  he then said nothing but thank you and hung up.i am recently going through a bankruptcy and when i informed him he did not want to contact my attorney. i don't expect to hear from them again. if i had not read of complaints of these people i would have added that to my bankruptcy because i did have a payday loan but i know i paid them off. the number they called from was from washington 206-260-3563 add this to the list.

Yep me to caller name (Brian Smith) (sound awful generic to me)they called my work and my cell phone - i have no loans this is all a scam - dont provide them with any infrmation!!!!!

They all are scammers . It is obvious that they are calling from computers using software named Softphone !! I just tried to track them down using ip address tracer & found that they are calling from INDIA from some city named Ahmedabad. I have already reported it to FBI & FTC !! v must all insist that FBI or US GOVERNMENT tkaes some strict action against them !!!! I am soon going to write a letter to the State Senator regarding this as i am really pissed off as i got more than 50 calls like this from this number !!!

I got this as well and another one threatening to have the police come and arrest me.  I saved the voice mails and blocked the phone number.  Does anyone know a good credit attorney?  They completely violated the law.  Would love to go after them.

Got a similar call from some Harry Brown who didnt have a German accent at all asking for debt money ! There was som1 with him named Eric John. To prevent them from calling my workplace , i just listend to them . But they still keep on calling !!  I have reported to FTC & the local police !!

Today ,  I received a call from this number stating that he is David Styn & he is calling from some UNLD (don't know what's that) . He said that its a legal department & when i asked the full name of UNLD , he said , it doesn't stand for anything !!

he said that i haven't paid my debt & i owe around $400 to the company ! I don't know , how he got this info.& He had my SSN & other information. He told me to send him a FAX & i even sent him that as i was bit scared , but later on I had a talk with the Company people & came to know its all a SCAM from some of the eastern Countries !!!

Just received a call from a Mark Smith stating that I had accepted money from Cash Advance.  He had all my personal information.  He claimed that there is a lawsuit against me and that I would have to appear in court.  He gave me a case number.  I continued to tell him that the information he has was all incorrect.

recieved call from them today saying he was steven brown with unld collection agency.said there is a lawsuit pending and i could clear matter out of court today otherwise they would refer case to county courthouse.told them they needed to speak with my attny. they said no i need to handkle this know or deal with the results.couldnt understand accent and very evasive when i asked for his info.

Got a call from them today saying that they are from cash advance http://www.cashadvance.com/ <--- there website list the exact problem about getting harassing calls from unknown debt collectors.  They said that they are from the government and all these other companies the guy never gave me a straight answer.  He also said F%$ YOU to me which is another big no no.  DO NOT confirm any information for them.  Middle eastern accents you can barley understand them.  About to report to authorities.

once again, this is another number those middle eastern peopl are using to harrass people saying they have taken out a loan ad since never payed them that they are being sued with 3 criminal charges.. this is soo not true. Everytime they call me they are giving me a different company name. I had to contact the FDC to report these people. I also reported this to local police, FBI and State Attorney General... Put this number on your do not call list...
