The person on this number, 206 314-4252 asked for my son. He refused to say his name, explain the purpose of the call, and refused to let us take a message. This happened three times in end of October 2012. clearly a niusance call. Our number is listed in the do-not-call registry. We live near Bellingham, WA.

They asked for my husband by his first name. I told the lady he was unavailable and they asked me if he had sent his ballot yet! How come they passed the restrictions since we have our number registered in the do-not-call list?

Just some one saying "hello is anybody there"  over and over on my answering machine

Sounds like it came from some sort of call center .... hung up after answering machine answered .... after saying "oh God".  Yet another nuisance call.
