non-stop calls for the past couple days...so annoying

This guy keeps calling me and is very persistant on getting this loan. I asked him for paperwork before I did anyting. He said,"f*** you B***** you can suck my d***. Then told me that i wasted his time.
He is calling from numbers all aroudn the United Stats with different alias.
Don't give him any money!!!!

Unfortunately these scammers & extortionist don't obey any laws. Blast him with a whistle or boat fog honr.. might really wake him up. But when you see the number, pickup and hang up quickly. Keep a track record of the calls for yourself and anything they leave on the answering machine, keep.  File reports, and make sure you tell them what he said about getting on their DNC list also..

They have been calling me almost constantly for the past few days.  The name they say they are looking for is the previous owner of my current phone number.  I tell them that I don't know this person.  Then they call back and ask for the owner of the phone number.  They told me I was approved for 5000 dollars.  I told them I never applied for a loan online.  They also said that after I give him my bank account information that I'll get the money put in.  After that I asked them to stop calling me and to put me on their do not call list.  He said it would cost me $200 to be on the do not call list.  At that point I said some stuff I hope my child never repeats and hung up.  He called back again and tried within a minute.  I explained again that I do not want any money from them and to leave me alone.  He called me an 'illiterate @$$hol*' and laughed at me and hung up.  Havent heard from them since.  But tomorrow is a new day.  How do they get away with this?  What can we do to get rid of them?

I called them bk and told them they were scammers they have called me over 20x today then they hungup and blocked my number..all I got was a busy signal

These people call me 11-12 times a day, I called back and they told me to suck their **** when I told them to stop calling me

I also received a call from this number. First the number showed up as unavailable, when I didn't answer, they called on the 206-317-1680 number. I spoke to Amand he told me I could get a loan up to $1000 but would have to pay $100 to secure or guarantee the loan. He said my credit score was low. I asked what the score was, he couldn't tell me. He was lying because I just got my three scores last week and they were in the 670's.
I'll report the number to the FBI and Federal Trade Commission. Whenever you hear the East Indian accent, and they want you to load a Green Dot or Vanilla Card with money to process your loan...beware! Credit Unions guarantee your loan by adding on the money to the principal amount. For example, if you want $3000, the guarantee may be $500, so you pay back the credit union $3500 as principle. You don't have the get $500 to pay the credit union to get $3000. Amand is a scammer. Probably calling from India.

also, I called and asked them their address and The man told me it was 2300 S. Jackson Seattle WA (He was shocked when i asked him this too btw)  so i looked up the address and it is a Starbucks Company.

I recieved many many calles from this number and even spoke to the "supervisor" Allan Johnson. I was told over the past few weeks that i was approved for a loan for $3000.00. And my payments would be 150 per month for 22 months. (Which is 3500.00 total)  I have never heard of any loan company that makes that little off of that much of a loan. Then i was told to recieve the loan, I had to go get a green dot card from walmart and call them back with the voucher. For the first few weeks, I was told to get a $200.00 voucher. And then today, I spoke to Allan and he said.. for a one time offer if i get the green dot card TODAY then he would make it to where i only had to pay $100 upfront. (I assume this was because he wanted me to think fast and not smart) All of this raised a HUGE red flag for me. So i looked deeper into it.... I asked him what his companys name and website was... which he said it was www.advanceamerica.net   so i went to the website and it was a legit website.. a legit business. So i called the customer service number from the website. Now i would like to compare both the phone lines... The phone number i got from the website was a 1-888 number... when i called it I heard a automatic recording of a woman saying u know bla bla thank u for calling advance america ext.. press one for this 2 for that 3 to talk to an agent.. so i pressed 3. (Mind you, this number i have been talking too  1-206-317-1680, Rings like a cell phone, has no recording, and I have called a few times and only spoke to 2 different people throughout multiple calls) Anyways after i pressed 3 or whatever i talked to a customer service person who said that these people are not with their company and it is illegal and not legit if ANY LOAN COMPANTY ASKS FOR MONEY UP FRONT. (It kind of goes against the whole needing for a loan reasoning) So i thanked her and called him back and told him what i was just told. he then tryed to tell me that the website needs to be updated with the new phone number and that they are a different company then them. He said that they are with the Better Business Bureau and i can call them and check up on it. He makes himself sound legit and that they are a actual company and he knows what he is talking about. So it can be tricky because he makes u want to believe him. But i checked into that as well and on washingtons webpage for BBB i couldnt find their business anywhere.. and then i googled the phone number and found this page as well as many other phone numbers very similar. So please do not make the mistake i almost did. This is a SCAM. They will try to get whatever they can from you. I cant believe people get away with this stuff. F* THEM

Middle Eastern Men keep calling my phone number 27 times a day from all different phone numbers across the country. When I dial the number back the number is invalid and disconnected. I spoke to a William Ahman, he told me I was approved for an auto loan. I didn't want to hear any details and asked him to remove my number from his database. He laughed and hung up. The calls continued to come in.
Telemarketing should be illegal. How dare they work and laugh at people.

I have an elderly mom who needs her rest and these sons of b*****s keep harassing me. They called last night at 9:00 PM. Who does that?

If you see this number 206.317.1680 they are SCAMMERS, spoke to 3 different ppl Allen Johnson, William, Aman Douglas. Was told approved for $3000 all I had to do was pay $150 "security deposit" to prove I can pay the loan. It had to be through greendot moneypack card. I did what I was instructed only to get a call from William who was real mean and tried to double talk and talk over me to make it seem like I did not know what I was speaking about that he is the only person who can authorize and before he can release I need to come up with another 2 months pmt of $150 each. I told I couldnt do that and only gave what I had left. Then he said in efforts of trying to help me kept pushing need to pay another $150 and then he will release and that proceeded to say I dont trust him and he is the loan officer. So after speaking with all 3 of them. I told them I want my money back he had the nerve to tell me in 45 days they will wire the money. I told him that dont make any sense, you can wire back my money today. He said he cant do that since he already processed the transaction to my bank account. I told him that dont make sense why would the "credit dept" all of a sudden tell you because my credit score is still low to pay more money. They would have known that from beginning.
I had my reservations but out of trust and their "business" knowledge I went ahead with it.
I guess they didnt believe me I did record my conversations and told them that I did and I called the FBI reporting this to them.

Theses ppl called me saying that I was approved fof a installment loan up to 5000 dollars n they asked me to load two hundred dollars onto a greendot card the they asked for 150 on a greendot card then they ased for two hundred more theses are scamers you guys plz do not fall for this call because there misrable any trying to take ppl money any way possible
