They left 14 messages for me while I was at work.  Yes, 14.  Everyone of them said I had been approved for a payday loan that I applied for.  I have not applied for one  They never said that this was a debt collector, though I see that's what they told others here.  I have asked them to stop calling, as anything over 2 messages in 24 hours qualifies as harassment.  They keep calling even after I threatened to call the police and a lawyer.  Ignorant, fearless or just plain rude.

It appears that all of us who have been called by this number, (206) 317-3705, have one thing in common...We all seem to have taken out a payday loan or got a payday advance or a title loan. It appears the financial institution we went through has sold our info to these waco's!!! These guys called me and said I had won their monthly drawing from the "American Cash Award company", after filling out a coupon at Wal-Mart. However, I have NEVER filled out anything from Wal-Mart, or anywhere else for that matter. They told me I had won 5.5 Million Dollars and a brand new Mercedes. They spoke with a heavy Middle Eastern accent , combined with what sounded like a bit of Russian as well. I gave them false info about me (My name is not really Toby) and I tried to gather as much info from them as possible. I then contacted my local police dept. and turned it over to them. Unfortunately the Officer told me that they are rarely able to do much about this sort of thing due ot their amazing ability to use the phone bumping system which enables them to bounce the call all over the world and become untraceable. At the end of the last call with the crooks I told them I had not really gone ot the Western Union to purchase the $350.00 wire transfer order but that I had recorded the call so I could give it the Authorities. They proceeded to let loose with a barage of profanity and used the "F" word about a dozen times. The whole thing was in a very threatening tone and left me with the impression that they are probably very successful at intimidating the Elderly into giving them what they want. Please do NOT give in to their attempts at ripping you off. Do NOT be afraid that they will come track you down, they don't even have your info, unless you give it to them. We need to find a way to stop these guys from getting to their next victim. Maybe if we continue to report these incidents we will find a way!

I got a call from Jennifer from UNLD or so BS like that. I just told her send it to the court house. She said ok if you don't want to listen. Call again and watch what happens.

Well here we go AGAIN - this new guy is Peter Wilson - his voice mail was the same as the others - if I do not respond he can't control the outcome..I have filed a report with the FTC, contacted my local FBI Office and my local Attorney General.

My call was from Jennifer Wilson, but her accent was so bad she could hardly say the name.  Middle East I would imagine.  They call repeatedly.  When asked to send their request in writing or for them to restate the company they were calling for, when just keep on with the same spiel as if I hadn't spoken.  I'm still waiting for the "certified letter" that i requested.  The number has changed several times, but it's the same spiel.

They called said I took out a payday loan and law suit against me. Won't tell me the amount or when loan was taken. I've never had a payday laon. How do we get this to stop?

Have no idea who this company is. I could not understand the foreigner who answered the phone. he stated there are fraudulent charges in my name and under SS#, but if that is the case, I would have been sent documentation in the mail. The man eventually hung up after i kept asking him to repeat himself. How do i get them to stop calling.

first thing he did was ask for my ss number, i said why? he said he would call e back after i gave him the number, i told him he was a scammer and i was going to report him, then he hung up on me

they called and immediatly asked for SS number, it is a scam!! Do not give them any information

I also received calls from these people. They barely speak english. They told me that the US Government has put my SSN on a hold and I am being investigated on by the government for a loan that has already been paid off for years. They keep telling me this is an urgent matter that I call them back. I refuse to do so as I know it is a scam.

I also got calls from these Indian speaking CAMEL HUMPERS about  PAYDAY LOANS, AUTO LOANS & STUDENT LOANS which I dont have any of those kind of loans. So  when they call I told them to go bang their MOM & the CAMEL they all rides on you  SMELLY CURRY SPICEY ODOUR b*****ds then they hang up.

I am glad to hear that I am not the only one receiving these harassing calls! Who ever these people are, they really should learn English first of all!  I cannot understand a word these men say...they sound like they are talking under water, or through a bad intercom at a McDonald's drive-thru! They call me all day. Today, they called me at 5:59am! That right there should be illegal. This illegitimate company claims that they are suing me for some payday loan I did not pay. This is so NOT true. Although I do have a recent loan out, it is not in default.  I've tried talking to them, telling them they have the wrong number, and literally telling them off! I even tried picking up the call just to disconnect the call. Would you believe...they called me back immediately, every time I hung up for a half an hour. I had to turn off my phone! They also used these numbers ...818-579-7689, 206-260-3563. I have registered for the do not call list. Unfortunately, I cannot file a complaint until after 31 days. Good luck to all who are suffering from these harassing calls.

They have been calling me for weeks. After I frustrate them until they tell me to F off or call me a mother F'er, I just keep calling them back and leaving messages about defamation and lawsuits until I fill the voicemail. It's a blast! B*****ds!

I got 35 phone calls from this number yesterday on my cell phone and 16 on my work phone as well... The guy Brian from UNLD said I took out an online payday loan and it has not been paid. I have never had a pay day loan and told him to call my lawyer and gave him the contact information and he hasn't called back as of today....

They all are scammers . It is obvious that they are calling from computers using software named Softphone !! I just tried to track them down using ip address tracer & found that they are calling from INDIA from some city named Ahmedabad. I have already reported it to FBI & FTC !! v must all insist that FBI or US GOVERNMENT tkaes some strict action against them !!!! I am soon going to write a letter to the State Senator regarding this as i am really pissed off as i got more than 50 calls like this from this number !!!

We will all have to work on this together !!

Today ,  I received a call from this number stating that he is David Styn & he is calling from some UNLD (don't know what's that) . He said that its a legal department & when i asked the full name of UNLD , he said , it doesn't stand for anything !!

he said that i haven't paid my debt & i owe around $400 to the company ! I don't know , how he got this info.& He had my SSN & other information. He told me to send him a FAX & i even sent him that as i was bit scared , but later on I had a talk with the Company people & came to know its all a SCAM from some of the eastern Countries !!!
