A charge showed up on my bank statement, attributed to the use of my bank debit card. The amount is $11.98, to Interactive Design. I am curious but has anyone else just returned from a trip to Florida??? I used my card there and also used the internet to do online banking. Wondering if there is any connection??

This number just showed up on my account.  It was keyed in so I now have to close the account to protect against the fraud - my card company is very supportive which is good news.  A minor hassle for as I now have to deal with a recurring charge that is valid and be sure it does not get rejected.  This is a great place to help each other.  Thanks.

I too had a charge of $11.89 charged to my check card. I have used paypal, asked for a credit report from the gov. and have been to BJs wholesale warehouse store. I don't know how they got it. My bank is investigating the charge. It was from Interactive Designs from Arthur Chandler as owner of this business.

My credit card was billed 11.89 by a company calling themselves "Crystal Clear Designs". This was brought to my attention by my credit card company. They evidently were investigating fraud by this merchant. When I told them I did not recognize the charge they canceled my card and issued me a new one. As of this writting, the charge is carried over to my new card. When I notified them of this they informed me that there would be a credit issued on my next statement. I called the above number and was informed that the number is temorarily disconnected.

I hadn't used my HSBC credit card for seven months when I got this charge. But I'm sure I had used it online with Amazon at some point.

Saw this charge on my account and am having it removed.  I do not recognize this company and have never authorized a charge in this amount for anything. Will be contacting my bank immediately.  They never called me or emailed me so I do not know how they have my info.  I recently placed orders with BMGmusic.com, Buxtonbag.com and Amazon.com.  These are the only  companies to which I have submitted any info on line.  So maybe this company is getting their info from one of them????

I too got hit with the fraudulent charge of $11.89 from Crystal Clear Designs.  I've since canceled my debit card and should be receiving a new one soon.  I found it interesting that as I was checking my account activity online the phone no. came up as 120-63198144 for this transaction.  This made it hard for me to distinguish that it was an actual phone number for the vendor and not some type of transaction confirmation number.  I'm still trying to figure out how these scam artists can pull this off so well.  Guess anything's possible these days.

I'm just so mad I had to write again. I got the Crystal Clear Design charge last month and I called the credit card company and they said they would take off the charge but they didn't. So now I have a late fee and have to make a lot more calls to deal with this. All because some a**hole is an evil little thief.

Way to go Crystal Clear Designs!  It's amazing that someone would go to such lengths as to steal Credit Card information for a web design template...  Those must be some very important top of the line web site templates!  I mean to risk going to jail for a specialized website... I'm sure everyone would agree that was worth that kind of risk.  Yeah, I'd seethat stealing money from a strangers bank account and using it on a web design template instead of lets say a DVD or Plasma TV would be much smarter... if you were laundering money!

Bastards hit me a couple of days ago.  Thought I let them know it worked.  Oh enjoy that web design template...

One small note:  Stealing from a government credit card is a felony, even if it's just a couple of bucks.  Enjoy!

I was just hit by this also.  It was a Debit without PIN purchase for $11.89 to INTERACTIVE DESIGNS 120-63197126.  The only thing I use my card for is paying for my online game account and a tank of gas monthly.  I am wondering if this may be related with the MMO billing process?

I have recently also just received a charge of $10.89 on my account from Crystal Clear Designs with the phone number 206-319-8144.  I called but is said the voice mailbox is full.  When I typed the number into google I found many sites with people with the same complaints.  There is an email above for a lady with the BBB and I emailed her about my fraudulent charge.  Hopefully they can catch whoever is doing this to me.

I have a very important question for you:
Are you sure that nobody but you has access to your credit card
information(name and number)? You see that if your card was charged
and you didn't know about that somebody does have your card
information and can use it. Please check it.

We have already removed the charge you reported. The refund will be
stated in the account within three or four business days.

Nevertheless I strongly recommend you to call your bank and ask them
to issue another card for you. Because if your card was once charged
without your notification there's no guarantee of that the person
having access to the CC information wouldn't use it again.
It is also possible that some banking error occured and your card
was charged by mistake but still please call them and talk it over.

Sincerely,
Support Team.

We had a charge for $11.89 from CRYSTAL CLEAR DESIGNS 206-319-8144. We got this a couple of days after requesting a credit report from freecreditreport.com. Can't prove a connection, but others have mentioned the timing was the same for them.

Upon sending an email we rec'd this reply from "Crystal Clear Designs." It reads like it is written by a non-English speaking author....

<<<<<Hello XXXX,

I represent Crystal Clear Designs, LLC.
We got an email from you reporting a charge on your credit card.

Thank you for reporting about this situation promptly.

First I guess I should explain everything to you.
Our company produces webdesign and templates - primary web pages
with no content. Your card was charged for the price of a template
bought on our website.

I have a very important question for you:
Are you sure that nobody but you has access to your credit card
information(name and number)? You see that if your card was charged
