I got the same kind of call, Indian guy with heavy accent. I did not answer but he left a message on my cell phone. I really dident understand him but I reconize he mentioned the last 4 digets of my social security number.
I'm just not answeing when he calls. I know the phone number.

Same here Officer Justin Williams could even provide a badge or ref number for the police officer I called that came out to my house to adress this matter. He stated he was located in NewYork but called. And left a message on my voice mail from 2063339999 number from Seatle, Washington. Said to call him back dnt avoid the call and call back @ 3474342529. I filed a complaint with the FTC and is in the process of writing a letter to the consumer protection division with my proof if evidence. I hope it turns out good n put a stop to whoever these heartless ppl r.

Same thing happen to me with the same phone number & His name was Officer Matthew Rogers he stated I owe him money & if I don't pay them the money they would come to my work & have me arrested. You can not understand a work he is saying. I told him to put it in writing & email it to me so I have proof of what he wants & he hangs up on me.

a man with a crazy accent by the name of Norman Gilbert has been calling and harrassing me at home and at work, and threatening me about paying for some loan and when I told him I didn't know what he was talking about he said I was going to be arrested or fired from my job, but he did know all my info including my SS# wth!!

Same issue as with everyone else.  My guy goes by the name:  Officer Robert Spencer.  Dang!  I had gone 2 months without hearing from these idiots!!!

A "gentleman" called and became aggitated very quickly and became very rude calling me things you'd seldom hear in a seedy bar. Very rude. Very angry and very disturbing.

guy called as norman gilbert and wanted 480 dollars to keep my son from being arrested. He became aggitated when i asked to speak to someone to make sure he was legit.. he gve me the wrong social and birthdate of my son and called me a liar.. this guy was like in a strange mechanical voice and sounded asian...

i get these same numbers  at least 10 times a say now they say they r gonna call my mgr this has got 2 stop omg

I was picking my daughter and he call back and my husband said he will call me back in ten minutes, but i call the number back. The man I was talking was talk crazy so I told him if he mess with anything of mines there going to be trouble.

I got a call from this guy saying he was from the federal agents and i was in trouble and within 48 hours i was going to be in big trouble and have a law suit against me. the problem was i only applied for a cash loan. this is f**ked up there calling so many ppl with this s**t especially at my job.

I got a call from norman gilbert too. he said he a a legal affidavit and I got scared as hell and started looking up everything on affidavits and then finally typed in the number and came across this site... thank god

a guy with an indian accent calls leaves a disturbing message i call back to find out the problem he says i owe money and he has my information name ssn address n so on i got so scared telling him that i never recieved any money from anywhere he says ok since u dont want to cooperate goodbye and hangs up the phone. goes by the name of Officer Don Rogers asked me if i could send my bank statements and photo ID which i was going to send but first i called my uncle let him listen to the vm and he got the same 1 we call him back my  uncle acted as my attorney he is telling my ncle can i speak to my first n last name she is my friend. Then mr so call Officer don rogers call from another number asking to be friends hes on his lunch break and wants to talk about something else now what officer would do this? This guy is slow i hope he gets caught

got a call on my GOOGLE VOICE number! the caller was rude so i told him if he calls again i will be forwarding him to my lawyer who is a family member and we will be filing federal charges  for which the FBI will be involved. don't take their crap they are idiots who have no life. file an ic3 complaint NOW!!! be sure to provide as much info as you can and if you decide to take charge be sure to save all voice mails for legal reasons.

I just received the call on my cell phone - "Norman Gilbert" - Indian accent ... said he was leaving a message for "Michael" someone.  My name isn't Michael.  He used an address in my general area of the state and left a SS# - which wasn't mine ... perhaps Michael's?  The message was very threatening and intimidating.

I got a call from a man name Officer Norman Gilber with a weird accents...could'nt even understand what is he saying but, he is treatening me to call him with this hotline number 347-435-2180, which doesn't work.  The only thing I understand him is he claimed that he work for federal granted, and he have my SSN.

I have rec'd several calls from this #, guy named Officer Shawn Phillips claiming to be with Financial Planning Investigations talking about electronic funds transfers and fraudulent checks, etc. I have no idea what this guy wanted, I told him I couldn't even understand the words that were coming out of his mouth and I did not know what he was talking about and not to call me back at work or on my cell phone! He knew my address, my phone #'s obviously and the last 4 #'s of my social. I'm pretty nervous about he he knew all this... he did not give a name of a company that he worked for..

This guy calls with an Indian accent saying he has a warrant and is going to send a bunch of officers to arrest me and my family.  Go figure.

I am receiving calls from a guy who has an Indian accent by the name of "officer Justin Williams" threatening me to pay a debt.  If I don't pay now it will get settled in court.  This situation with this individual needs to be addressed and handled immediately.   Thank you.

I am receiving calls from a guy with an Arabic accent stating he is Officer Justin Williams and he is calling re: a serious matter and I need to call him back, if I do not it will be handled in court.  He named where I worked, the last four of my social, and then said he "swore for God" if I didnt get ahold of him, there would be serious court issues and I would pay.

they said they were from federal investigations and that a suit had been filed against me.  i told them not to call me back and hung up.  i had these calls a month ago, but a different number.  they threatened to have me arrested he claimed to be a federal officer.

Same... Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi idiot making threats and impersonating an officer.  Called about a month ago using names Mark Brown, Bill Murry, etc.  I told them I had a receipt and to wait and I would get it for them…they hung up. I called their number back and asked to speak to Mark Brown, Bill Murry, or more than likely VIjay SIngh.  I said look Vijay I have a receipt and do not owe anything and he would not talk to me put me on hold and went to his supervisor.   I could hear the supervisor telling g him what threats to make and when he came back I told him I had a receipt and do not owe them and they are trying to make me pay twice for the same bill and that I would not pay you a cent you Pakistani/ Bangladeshi/ Indian thieving bastards…they hung up and have not made threats/calls for almost a month.  Oh, last month they stated they were a law firm from Cal. and now they are calling form Seattle.

Same as everyone else, impersonating a "Federal Financial Crimes Investigation Unit" this time. I asked what agency he represents and he just kept repeating "Federal Financial Crimes Investigation Unit. When I asked him to provide all documentation regarding this matter, which he is legally obligated to do, he said that he would turn it over after I settled the matter otherwise legal action would be taken against me. He also left voicemails on my cell phone and home phone, so I have his contact information, it's a cell phone in New York. I'm going to make a complaint to the FBI about this fraudster.

I had the exact same experience......last month they were a 'federal law firm' from California and when I threatened back the calls stopped for a few weeks and now they are 'criminal police' site in Washington.  It is very scary they have our address tho......

I'm going to try and file a police report since these are very harassing phone calls.  Not sure that will do much good tho....
