This number is currently in use by scammers conducting criminal fraud in the form of a fake escrow company emulating Ebay.  I have reported this to the phone provider, itltd.net.

This person seems to have an agenda to discredit Amy.

This is the personal number of a friend of mine, I think the only scam is you trying to discredit her name.

AMY DOES NOT MAKE OUTGOING CALLS, therefore your report at best is fraudulent, and its obvious your trying to run a smear campaign.

What, did she turn you down for a date or something?  Your only statement is vague at best, which further proves you have an agenda here and your goal isn't to provide truthful information.
