i had this number with no message on caller id.

This number calls several times a day with no caller id and is a scam call

I too got a call from this number and nobody responds when I pick up the phone.

Some idiot called and left a recording. He said he is calling from the compliance department of my mortgage company, although he doesn't name my mortgage company, and says he may be forced to lower my interest rate if I call him back. The phone call suddenly ended before leaving a call back number.
