I too received an email with this number in reply to a car ad I had posted on Craiglist in India. Obviously a phishing attempt.

Someone left this number for my car I was selling in Los Angeles, but the number when called comes back as Island in the ocean new Seattle WA. When called it says "Send Fax Now"  obvious phishing using a number in the automated reply to fool the recipient into thinking it is a valid interest in the product being sold.
