BEWARE!  These people are scamers!  East Indians with Americanized names will call and tell you that you have defaulted on a Payday Loan Advance and they are ready right now to swear out a warrant for your arrest for Bank fraud.  They have reviewed you information and think this was merely an oversite by you and that you had no intent to defraud anyone.  The only way you can stop this is if you pay them right now. They do not give you any time to research the validity of the situation.  If you act as if you don't know anything about this debt, the start reading off all of your information, including your bank account number, social security number and even the names and numbers of the references you have used.  The company they claimed I owed was Cash Net USA.  In follow ups with Cash Net Fraud Department, they advised that although they could not off the top of their heads confirm the names of the people involved, they had heard the same stories from many people. The telephone number belong to D U Frost, LLC, 924 Bergen Ave, Ste 232, Jersey City, NJ 07306.  Their web site is www.DuFrost.us.  These people are evil, do not trust them to even perform thier legitimate business (which is website sales and design).
