i ordered a prodect off of my debt card and never got the prodect i call and left messages no respose

Digitalfiltersales.com is using this number for their company, which distributes cable descrambler filters, and is supposedly located in a small town called Wayne, in Illinois.  I believe these devices are illegal.  There doesn't seem to be any responses from a customer who paid for one of these filters.

This may be a scam.  The customer has not received the product or his money.
