Received a call from this number and no one answered when I picked up. Then I tried calling back and the call just ended.

I got a call form this # too...no message..

i keep getting called from this number and no message is ever left....

I got a call from this number twice under four hours. When I picked up the second time around, a man with an Indian accent said "This is Universal Trading Group" -- I didn't say anything and he hung up shortly after that. I am on the Do-Not-Call list.

This number has called me 3 times in a row. First call was an oriental lady saying she was with AT&T and wanted me to confirm the number she was calling, the name of the business, and the address. I did not comply. She said something about talking to her manager, I told her I did not care to talk to him or give her any information and then I hung up. Phone rings like 1 minute later. It is the "manager" :) He gives me the same spill about receiving an $11 discount on certain services,blah,blah,blah. I told him I was NOT authorized to give out any information, call back next week and speak to one of the owners. I hung up. *dun dun dun* The phone rings. He says, Why you hang up? I told him I was in here by myself, I am very busy, and I'm NOT giving any info to him. He keeps rambling on........."just to let you know this call is being recorded for quality assurance and training purposes" (That was a mistake on his part) I said, GREAT, well since this is being recorded, Listen Up!! I aint tryin' to be rude dude, but I aint got time for whatever it is. I caint understand half of what the hell youre saying, nevermind its Friday, and this is my day to totally NOT give a s**t!!!! Have A Nice Day !!!!!  Its been just about 15 minutes since his last transmission, so far so good !! Hope this helps !!!

This telemarketer has already called me 6 times today!!! I'm beginning to think that being onthe donot call list is just a dud website--just a facade and not actually block these violating telemarketers.

I GOT THE FOREIGN GUY WHO DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL FROM "UNIVERSAL TRADING GROUP".  HE SAID HE WAS A THIRD PARTY HIRED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND HE SAID THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR IN MY PREVIOUS YEAR TAXES AND I COULD OBTAIN A CREDIT OF $1475 TO MY ACCOUNT - JUST GIVE HIM MY DIRECT DEPOSIT INFO AND IT WILL BE IN THE ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS.........FUNNY

These same people have 2 different scams at least.  One is to say they are from Universal Lending Group and they try to get your information so they can give you a loan, but really they obviously are trying to steal money from you.  If that doesn't work, they call back later and give you a case file number and say you are being accused of fraud and will face severe criminal charges if you don't pay off some fictional debt that you do not have.  Watch out.

My cell rang while I was at work so I did not answer.  They did not leave a message and I did not recognize the number so I typed it into google, and this site popped up.  Thank you to all you who have posted because now I know what to look out for.

This number comes back to the Seattle, Washington area. I received a call from this number, but did not answer, not recognizing the number.

This number calls me several times a day every day, nobody is ever on the other end.

They just called my cell phone. Said I was eligible for $1500 loan. Cut him off, said no thanks and take my number off their list. Chicago area.

after you catch chinese scammers, they continue to call from all kinds of numbers just to harrass you

they keep calling  and saying they are with some legal dept. trying to collect a debt once even identifying himself as officer douglas it is a scam

Got their company "name" and number from the telecom pacific llc website.  Annoying calls all day.  Never a message.

Called and said they were a debt consolidation company.  When I told them I had no debt other than school loans and to take me off their calling list, the dude with the foreign accent called me a B$tch.  This was about 2 months ago.  They called again today and when I answered the same foreign accent person was on the phone and I told them the last time they called they called me a B$tch, I told them to take me off of the calling list, added a few choice words and hung up.  They called back immediately and told me that I just made a huge mistake and was now in trouble and needed to speak to the superviosr.  Supervisor said he would take me off the calling list once I listened to their speech.  I hung up and they continued to call back 13 times in a row because I would not answer again.  They are definitely scammers.  If they call again, for wasting my time, I will waste their time and play along with a bunch of misinformation and playing stupid.

I receive calls from this number several times a week. When I answer it is always someone with an Indian accent staying that they are from a lending group and that they have money for me with out any need for personal information. The one time I did speak to some one for a few moments they tried to get me to go to a computer to prove that they were legit, I declined for fear that they site would be malicious.  Every time I inform them that they call constantly and I've told them over and over again not to call back they hang up on me. This time I threatened to contact a lawyer for a harassment suit and they apologized and then hung up on me. Today, I decided to call back to see if I could get a supervisor on the phone. Instead, I got a recording that stated if I no longer wanted to receive calls from their company to hit the number one. I did so, we'll see what happens. From previous in counters with this company and working in a similar industry I believe this to be a scam.

This person calls for Solutions in Seattle Washington and I answer the phone and tell him that I am not interested to please not call this number and the idiot starts saying I will call as many times as I want to Bi#*$& and I told hime again not to call and he starts saying I will kill you bi$#@ and your family and he kept calling and cuzing out  and I tried calling the company and I cant get a hold of anybody. What kind of company lets their employees harrass the customer what a nerve to call back 4 times and insult me when he was the first to call. By the way he was oriental or asian something like that. I hope someone reads this comment from that company 206-397-1042.

I got the call from American Cash Provider offering to "advance" me $1500.  The first gentleman I could not understand, so he put Michael Martin on the phone.  They didn't seem to understand what "unemployed" or "unemployment" was.  When I told Mike that no one would loan me money being unemployed, he stated that he would fill out the app over the phone and he would insert some employer on the form.   I informed him that I didn't trust him and I would not give any info on the phone.   He then wanted to send me the app by email and keep me on the line....................   Supposedly once the app was completed I would get the funds in just a few minutes..........  SCAM! I dare say.     Oh yeah.  I had already hung up the phone on them and Mike called back.   No one is that persistent to give money away unless there is something phoney.

It looks like all these calls may come through a call center making calls for numerous clients. Once they have your information, it just gets passed around through all the client companies, that probably sell it to other sleeze bags. With all the internet companies that make telephone calls (e.g. Vonage, Virgin Mobile, etc.), the calls can go through a bunch of countries or come from some country like India.

The thing that really frustrates me is that all the eople who are supposed to stop this just say they can't do anything because it comes from outside the U.S. If the government can read a license plate off of a vehicle in Iraq, why can't someone do something about these calls?!?

These scamers just do not quit!  I get MANY CALLS from this same number, and they try to use different ploys-- ATT, C-CARD, MERCHANT-SERVICES, ETC,.., yet if I try to call back, they do not answer!
The caller i.d. reads, "SOLUTIONS", yet they have solved nothing for me!

This guy with indian accent called saying he was calling inbehalf of Bell. And told me that he was mailing a new phone unit for me that i won on their electronic raffle. asked for by name but he already knew all my details including my address. When he asked for my social insurance number and i said i'm not giving it he was convincing me that it was safe and still i told him that i'm not going to give it and hung up the phone. got so irritated to realize that he was a scam!
