You listed those who are exempt and may call even if your number is in the Do-Not-Call Registry:

Please note that you can still receive telemarketing calls even if your number is on the Do-Not-Call list [for] the following reasons:

You are correct in your description in all but one...

2. Non Profit solicitation - not so much...

Specifically, the law says "Charities" not non-profit.  Charitable organizations may call only for the purposes of soliciting a donation to their organization.  They may not call to "offer goods or services for payment."  The calls that people have been complaining about here are for the sale of a service.  The law says sales are not exempt, even if the company is a non-profit organization.  Therefore, this company must comply with the Do-Not-Call Registry and eliminate all these numbers from their call list.  They are NOT exempt and may NOT call numbers on the Do-Not-Call Registry.  The fact that this company is using a non-profit status in an effort to claim exemption to the rules of the Do-Not-Call list for purposes of soliciting interstate sales.  This constitutes fraud in violation of the Do-Not-Call Registry.  Do you understand this?  This company is operating illegally as a telemarketer.  Yet you willfully do business with them.

oh my!  My call doesn't match any of the above.   A system cleaning.  Dryer vent deodorizer.   All for $49.95.  Either way I see all this as bogus and would never trust this company based on the fact that the info seems very random.  I only trust companies I seek out, none that call me out of the blue.

They are constantly calling and not leaving a message.  Now that others have noted what's really going on, I've added them to my "do not answer" list in my contacts.

I have asked them to stop calling several times.  This evening I told them I was going to file a complaint.  The guy named Charles told me to go ahead there was a long list to wait on and then told me to call him back when I filed charges! Wow what arrogance against our judicial system and laws!  I don't even own a timeshare.  They also call from 360-322-6030

They texted my cell phone. Cell phone is on the do not call list so I called them to complain and the girl I spoke to said Isosceles Foundation is a non-profit organization so the do-not-call laws do not apply to them. Non-profit my as*!

CallerId4u is a phone company not a telemarketing or marketing company. We will not request your personal, banking or credit card information nor do we do any telemarketing to consumers.

We provide Caller ID and other compliance services to call centers so that consumers know who to reach if they want to remove themselves from a call list.

Please go to http://callerid4u.com for additional information on our services and FAQ. The fastest way to remove yourself from a list is to call back the number that called you and use the automated OPT OUT IVR. Alternatively you can go to http://callerid4u.com/consume_page.php and create a complaint online or use any of the other methods displayed there to contact us. It is our goal to help you resolve your issues as quickly as possible. Bear in mind that ultimately it is the call center's responsibility to remove you from their list.

Please note that you can still receive telemarketing calls even if your number is on Do-Not-Call list from the following reasons:

1. Companies you have done business with in the last 12 months

2. Non Profit solicitation

3. Political campaign

4. When you sign up for free software or magazine subscription

Irrespective of your situation, we will do our best to help you stop them from calling you.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Please take a moment to report this call via an online complaint to regulators.

I get the same automated reply from another number 360-322-6030.  It's fun to call the toll free number and keep the person on the other end tied up and then at the end tell them you have just prevented them from annoying other people.

Sorry to tell you but it probably was a mistake. It doesn't sound like this is a reputable company, and they probably won't honor your request. In addition, you have now confirmed your number as a good working number with a person on the other end who is willing to call back and to interact.

Just got the call again...so I held....then was disconnected. So I called the number and it talked about having my number removed from their call list. So I did what it said just pressed 1 if it was the number that called and pressed 1 to confirm my phone number. Hope that wasn't a mistake. Message on original call said it was a time share just like everyone else says.

This "robo caller" always asks to "click on 1" to get a person/operator,  who then asks "are you current in our obligations?"
If, "yes" they then ask for much of your personal financial info to "HELP" you get rid of the time share fees...FOR A PRICE!!!
We have tried several times to "block" the calls, yet the calls keep coming.
What a nuisance they have become.

Said it was a "courtesy" call about my  timeshare. I've gotten dozens of these calls from different numbers. Previous ones have come from Hiram, GA.  This time I picked up and told the caller that I don't have a timeshare and not to call me again. I don't know if it was a recording. It sounded like a live voice, but the woman continued talking while I was talking and what I said didn't phase her. So I repeated loudly that I do not have a timeshare and the caller hung up.

I have a disability and it's difficult for me to get up and down the stairs to retrieve these messages. Harassing someone by making these unwanted calls is anything but courteous. The caller's name isn't even identified on the Caller ID, but the number is listed in the Seattle, WA area.  If they ignore my request to never call here again, I'll not only report them to the FCC, I will also file a harassment suit against them.

Caller ID and phone number are the same! Big clue not to pick up the phone.

"Lisa" left a message saying it was a courtesy call with a way to eliminate my time share fees. ad left a callback number of 888-881-0116. I don't have a time share.

I get numerous calls from this number and when I call it back I get the automated opt out service.  I've gone through the process several times, but they keep calling!

I don't answer it anymore, but when I did it was an automated call stating "this is a courtesy call about your timeshare maintenance fees"

Just got the third message from "Lisa" in the last few months.  I submitted a complaint to the National Do Not Call Registry.  It might have been pointless given what other posters have said about the loophole this company may have found to break the law, but it made me feel better to submit the complaint.  Maybe at least they will stop calling ME.

Talked to one of their "reps" and was told that they are a non profit so they do not have to abide by that  I ask her how she was a non profit and she said because they make donations to various charities.  I feel like calling them back a dozen times a day just to bug them!
