these persons are calling on sunday a night . calling early morning last call was on synday 06- 7 09 , all day demanding bank info. threats to sue, i tell them i'm retired , they want my retirement check . i want them to stop calling me on saturday and sundays makes no sense, stop .

They're a credit agency, mine is for my JC Penney's bill which is "GE MONEY BANK" actually.

by the way, Glenda... they can't call before 8am or after 9pm YOUR time.
keep track of when they're calling and how often, it can be considered harassment.

Get a call from these people almost daily. They never leave a message on the answering machine and when I answer (on the one phone handset that doesn't have caller ID) nobody is on the line.

this IS ccs I got the hot rod boss on the phone--he was talking alot of trash untill i said class action then he resorted to grade school responces (oh thats funny) then i returned the hang up favor to him. these guys are a joke. he had no answer for me when i asked him how he expected to collect a dept from someone by a hangup call. on a side note I do not recomend chase bank,

Send a written letter asking that all calls to all current and future telephone numbers, including employment, cease immediately.  Send the letter registered, with a delivery confirmation.

this stupid company calls my house all day asking for charles scott. then when i tried to call back, they leave me on hold for 30 minutes and the phone hangs up. or, the woman answers and says please hold so fast that you cant get a word in. then when they call here, they never say anything. i would like to sue for harrassment.

There is a feature in the cellphone that help you to do that. In MENU select SETTING, then select RINGS TONE, then select LOUD DETAIL and then select SILENT. After that you have to select a ring tone from PHONEBOOK in any contact number you already had saved. Now you only going to heard a rings from the number you have in your contact list of your phone. Is important to not select SILENT from other place (I mean the feature used,  easy access, when entering in the movie theater, f.ex.). I don't know what type or model you have, the setting vary depend of manufacture. What I describe above is for RAZOR 2 from MOTOROLA. You can find advice to do this from any children or young people in your family. I hope this can help you.

receive calls from this number randomly but no answer what.... the hell

Get calls from this number everyday.  When I answer there is no one on the line.

This number repeatedly calls our Company cell phone, asking for someone who does not work for this division. Please remove us from this list.

Receive these calls at least 7 - 10 times a day on my cell phone.  No message. Does anyone know how to block these calls from my cell phone?

These people also call me from 1-904-562-6655.  They call my cell phone everyday asking for a lady named Margret Morris.
