This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Customer SVC from Washington 206-397-1215 It is a SCAM!!!  I do not have an active credit card.
My phone # is also on a State Do Not Call List.

That number called my cell and left no message

I'm in Wisconsin and also on the do not call list and got a call from them last night, but didn't answer or call back.

They called my husband's cell phone this afternoon, but since he was driving he didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

Did not pick it up . im in new york on the do not call list also.
Our laws dont work so well if the others have enough money.

Just received a call on my cell.  Didn't answer.  No message left.  I'm on the do not call lists.

They just called to say that I could lower my interest rate on my credit card.  He asked if my balance was over $3,000 and when I said no, he said have a good day and hung up.

More "credit card services" BS.  First one I've gotten on my cell phone.

It's a shame that you can't actually "consider this your final notice" like the cheery little bimbo says.

Call came thru my cell phone.   Some recording starting like this:  "this is heather and we are calling in reference to your current credit card accounts.  Don't worry, there is no problem..."  Heard something about lowering interest rates...blah blah...as I was hanging up.   Recording didn't ID a company name.   Sounds like a scam to me....and I'm on the Do Not Call Listing as well.   Looks like they are trying to strike because it's Christmas Time.....and people over spend on credit.

Just got a call from this number. (I'm in California).

No message. Call display just listed the number. (Lately, I don't even answer unless I recognize the number.)

It's amazing to think how much we all pay for my cell service every month and there is no way to prevent these clowns from using our own paid services to harass and attempt to scam us. Quite remarkable.

Thank goodness for website like this, so we can quickly identify these jackals and flag the numbers.

Saw area code 206 come up on my caller ID. Knew this is in Seattle, clear on the other coast. Also knew that the one person I know there would not be calling me. I picked up, said nothing, heard someone listening, then they hung up. No message left.

Unsolicited call!

Just got my first call from these folks - probably not my last, judging from the comments I've seen here.  Like all the rest, no message was left, and no Caller Id.  Which means they go straight to auto-reject.

Received call from 206-397-1215. Didn't answer, seems to be BS calls.

I just received a call from this 206-397-1215 stating they wanted to lower my interest rate and the moment I cut this lady off by the way who could barely speak English, she hung up on me.  I have received these calls at home and on my cell phone.  What can I do about these unwanted calls.  Oh and I did I mention she stated I was paying my chase visa on time which is why she was calling?  I don't have a Chase Visa Card.

Just received this call on my cell phone.  I don't answer any calls I don't recognize, and they did not leave a voice mail. Really would like to know how these outfits get a hold of cell numbers. I thought it was illegal to telemarket to cell phones? Plus as everyone else, all my numbers are on the do-not-call list which is useless as far as I can tell.

They called my house yesterday, this is heather and we are calling in reference to your current credit card accounts. wife told them to stop calling, They called my cell today, I did not answer it. I will go block them today.

I keep getting calls from this number, they hung up when I pick up the phone, and never answer when I call back...

I let the machine take it.  They never leave a message.  Even if I were to talk to them, I don't even HAVE a credit card.  I've now turned the ringer off on my phone.  Anyone of any importance will talk to the answering machine.

Again, this caller  Customer SVC., called & was faxing files. I tried to fax it back, but was" not valid number!!". So I returned the cal. It allowed me to push 1 to remove my phone #.The message is a lady voice.

The DNC list is just another Government waste of money and worthless legislation. These scammers use comptuers to randomly make up phone numbers. All they need is the area code the computer will do the rest. The computer dialer is what is ringing your phone, not a person. If one of the people working for the scammers does not pick up your phone, or your answering service kicks on, then the dialer stops.
