I stored the number (206) 397-1465 a long time ago in my automatic rejection notice.  I after 6 months they are attempting to resume calling multiple times each and every day.  Glad my phone does not ring any longer when these jerks continue to call by robocaller my restricted do-not-call listed business number.  Do not believe they actually ever wish to do business loans based upon their extremely fraudulent nature of their abusive calls over the entire U.S.  Possibly it is a distant arm of the Democratic Party to disturb to the greatest extent anyone in business shown to be not a part of the new radical anti-American Democratic Party.

Called twice again today and almost daily for the last few weeks. I've blocked the caller's number but it doesn't stop the calls. This is one of several numbers that Optimum's call blocking feature fails to block  
The caller is BIZLOANS or Merchants. They've used both names and generally hide their identity.
We use s simple rule. If you don't recognize the caller's name or #, let it ring. It's less infuriating than dealing with the caller.

Called again on 02/17/2014 @ 03:22 PM from Seattle, WA. This was the 3rd or 4th call recently. There were many more in the past. I blocked this #, but apparently they have a way around Optimum's pathetic call blocking system. No message was left. This scum company calls from several #'s located in Washington state. They also go by several names. Merchants, BIZLOANS  and a few others. We haven't picked up any unfamiliar callers in 3 years yet the problem seems to get worse. Our voicemail is set to 5 rings so robo callers drop the line before they get voicemail.

Multiple calls per day coming from this number

Just filed my complaint with the FCC.  Got my confirmation.  Have a list of all the illegal robo calls this number and their multiple caller ID's have bothered me with over the last few days.  

If you have VOIP service. Example Verizon fios phone service with simultaneous ring service get NOMOROBO... It is a free service that will block robo calls.

We are a business and recently I have two or three calls from this number daily.  Just hang ups, no recorded message.  

Called 02/10/2014 09:40 AM from Seattle, WA. Which means the robo caller is working by 6:40 local time. As usual, no message was left.
Bizloancenter seems to be targeting Long Island, New York.
I just blocked this #, but they call from many #'s

I have tried a "thousand" times to delete my number from the do not call. Nothing works.

Will not remove your phone number from the call list, no matter how many times you ask. Dont believe them when they say that they will. Very irriesponsible company!

These guys go by BIZLOANS, Biz Loan Center and Merchants Capital. Probably other names as well.
This call is through a CallerID4U landline. This company providers service for most of the Card Services (Rachel) scam calls I get daily.

Called on 01/27/2014 @ 03:45 PM from Seattle, WA. We don't answer callers we don't know. Especially all the various daily calls from the scammers from the state of Washington.
All these scams use the Telecom CallerID4U.

Robocalling is illegal.
Pressed 1 to speak to a rep (i love doing this), let him launch into his sales pitch and then I ask what company this is that is calling, he doesn't respond but asks if I want a small business loan I tell him yes, of course but what company is this? He asks if I want to be placed on the do not call list (I am because they have called before) or if I need some small business capital, I say yes. I then ask where he is calling from and what company he is with. He dodged the question each time, then says he is with a privately owned bank and again returns to the script. He then claimed I called him so I correct him, saying no you called me.  After asking him 6 times he replies that he is with MCA,???. Very deceptive sales practices. To report these guys go to  http://www.fcc.gov/complaints . It may take a couple of times reporting them, but they will stop calling you, and get in trouble with the FCC.
I actually make a game of it, it's kind of fun hearing these guys get pissed off over the phone because they know you are on to them right off the bat.

Caller ID shows "Seattle, WA".  Don't know anyone there...NO message left.

Please do your part and report them to www.donotcall.gov.  According to the website these robocalls are illegal even to businesses "if the recording is a sales message and you haven't given your written permission to get calls from the company on the other end."

Also "Hang up the phone. Don't press 1 to speak to a live operator and don't press any other number to get your number off the list. If you respond by pressing any number, it will probably just lead to more robocalls.

If we all do our part, we can reduce the frequency of these annoyances.

These calls are annoying. I do not answer them when they appear on my caller I.D. They are wasting their time!

Agreed! I said as much to the person I spoke with. He was unable to deviate from his script.
When you answer these calls you letting the auto dialer know you are there. They do NOT remove you.
It is best to pick the phone up and say nothing. It will disconnect. You generally do not hear anything but a click as the call ends.
Once the recording starts (when you say something) the line will be tied up until you hang up.

Air horn, or silence. Some of the auto dialers actually collect your name for the person you are transferred to, they most likely had not have known who they were calling in the first place.

This is related to another call that shows up as "Call Blast"

They need to be reported. Using an auto bot to call like this is a violation of FCC regs.

Same here.  Multiple calls from this number, then one blocked number so they think that they can fool us.

Funny thing... We wouldn't do business with those types of tactics.  They need to re-evaluate their actions for better business.

Same thing every day...sometimes twice a day!!!  Recording...Push the button not to recieve these calls any more and by the afternoon...another call!  Is there a place you can actually report unwanted calls and you get results???

I get calls 3-4 times a day from this company.  It is a voice recording and then you push a button to speak with someone.  I have pushed the button to be taken off the list and also requested to be removed from the list by talking to one of them.  NOTHING WORKS!!!
