Rang once and then hung up.

I get several calls from this number. Normally, it rings once or twice and they hang up. When you call the number back, it says that it's disconnected.

They phone rings and then no one is there.  Caller ID says Debt Management.  When you call the number, it says it's disconnected.  It's some kind of scam.  They call all the time and no one is ever there.  Sometimes the number registers on the caller ID and sometimes it does not.

Panasonic has a new cordless phone that allows you to block a telephone number once you receive a call.  The next time they call,  the caller will get a busy signal.  Their numer will show on the caller ID. There are several models with this feature, and it also has a talking feature to announce who is calling. Both features are very good if you are screening nuisance calls.

Phone rang once, then hung up.  No ID of caller but traced it here.  My phone carrier only provides call blocking if you pay a monthly fee.  What else can I do?

i get a call every night about the same time from this number...after 9pm every night..they hang up...

Caller ID said IVR.  Rang once and that was it.  I googled IVR and found this.

Another number from "Debt Management" - the credit card interest rate scam.  So far, I have logged the following numbers for these yokels:  206-397-1524, 310-485-8982 408-587-2166 and now this one 206-397-1549.  This one appears to be new since I can't find anything in a quick scan of the net.  Be aware!!!
