A so-called "Energy Savings Program" using callbots. Supposedly, if one presses '3' after listening to the opening spiel, you will be "removed from the energy saving program". Unfortunately, this seems not to be the case.

I answered and it said...due to the regulations in your area you now qualify for reduced energy. Then the machine says, press 5 to opt out of our calls. Then when I pressed 5, I was hung up on. Then I dialed the number back, it said CONGRATULATIONS you can be entered into our system for a chance to win (x) amount of money. Then it said to opt out, please enter in your telephone number - then I hung up.
