Spam.  Partial transcription via Google Voice: "Do not hang up on this message. This could be the most important call of your life. Our records indicate that you either have no health insurance??

Filed a complaint on the No Call list violation website last week https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.   Received another call from the number 206 397 1694.
Asked them to stop calling. Still received an call around 1pm.

Call everyday.Never leave message.

This number called me 4 times a day for three days before I finally called it back and realized I can be taken off of the call list.

Got a call from them today. I did not pick up.

Same as above posters.  Answered once with the prerecorded insurance message.  I've now added them to blocked callers.

On 5/15/2014 at 12:12 Eastern Time, received phone call from unknown caller that didn't leave message.

I have received a couple calls from this number. They called this past Friday and again today. Each time I let it go to voicemail & they never leave a message. I do not know whoever is calling and have no interest in anything they might be selling. Wish that they'd lose my number.

Guess this scam is reaching far and wide. Got a call today but didn't answer. They left no voicemail. I won't be answering should they call back.

They left a message claiming their records indicated I have no health insurance.  Their records lie.  Total spam company.

Received a call from this number this morning. As I never answer unidentified calls, I let it go straight to voicemail. No message left.

This was an insurance company trying to tell me that I had no health insurance and therefore would need their product.

As a Canadian resident who has both provincial and company healthcare coverage - and as I had to suck up roaming charges on my cell phone to get this bogus and misleading message - I found this offensive. Sadly, the company did not identify itself, though a reverse phone number check produced the following:

Called this morning,  didn't leave a message.  Added to my blacklist.

Received a call today at 12:35 PST.  It was a recording stating they had records that I'm eligible for health insurance or that I lost health insurance (which is not true) and that I need to sign up.  Press 1 to speak with someone or 9 to be removed from the list.

No mention of what company it was.  Stay away from them.  If you need health insurance, seek it out, don't have them seek you out.
