I saw all the coments but i had to give it a try. It sounded too good to be true, but i decided if it was a scam i have lost $75. Now here i am happy as can be. Are we talking about the same person here?

Cathy is one of the scammers.  She did not get any money except the payments her victims sent in.

I just got a call from this number, a man with an accent Frank Lucas U.S claim department. With a gift for me and want to called them back, saying I got a check from Bank of America. SO guess what I don't have account with BA. I really hope someone can do something about this calls.

I received a phone call from Frank Lucas. He told me to send $75 through western union. I figure if i won $2.5 million they could subtract the $75 from that and he said that does not confirm my winnings. Everyone I have read alot of posts on this and I am telling you this is a scam do not send any money. Keep your money and go buy a lottery ticket. You will have a better chance of winning money this way.

I recieved seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars from Frank Lucas himself. My dream came true believe it or not.

I got a call from Frank Lucas, and he stated that I had won 2.5 million from the Gamming commision.... I sent him $ 75.00 via western union for the claims charge to Padro Vasques. I was a fool but he mad it sound very real. then he said i needed to send another $300.00 for the expired gold stamp on the check. he said the gamming commision would pay 1/2 $300.00 and I had to pay the other 1/2 for a total of $ 600.00 for this stamp. he said that he could not leave washington unless it had the new stamp. he called me over and over to try to get more money and I said no. If he was who he said he is then he should just bring me the check. DON'T FALL FOR FRANK LUCAS, OR JAMES CARSON bank of america guy haha or so he said. well they got me for $ 75.00 bicks don't let them get you.  I got calls from 305 290 5884 , 206 414 5720 , 876 424 9187

Number shows up as WA, USA.  Had many calls from these idiots over the past three months.  They have claimed everything from wanting to award me a sweepstakes check, to me having unclaimed cash, to them actually being with the FBI and conducting a search for a particular person (but of course needing personal information from me).  Pure scam artists, and terrible ones at that.

I filed a formal FCC complaint on this number and two other numbers they use, 876-897-7655 and 876-290-3171, that both show up as being from Jamaica.  Hopefully since they are now resorting to claiming to be with the FBI, the FCC and perhaps other agencies will start to investigate them.

turns out i got the same call from the same number but a different person i researched the name and it was ok, i had doughts and money so i took the risk. I guess what is meant to be has to be, i got some run around but pulling a few strings i got my two and a half million dollars.

Yes, this man called me to tell me I was the only one that had not picked up my check & to go the western union and pay $500 for the delivery fee for a sweepstake check of 2.5million dollars. That his company (the Gaming Corporation) was teaming up with the Publisher's Clearing House & Maryland Lottery

The same James  Carson called me with the same story. He said he was from the National AssetRecovery Services telling me that I won $2.5 million and a Mercedes and that I needed to go to the Western Union and transfer $500 to Natoya Wallace, the accountant in order to collect my money from a Bank in Jamaica.

On a Sunday a man named jason called from this phone #. He told me that my check for $75,000 had been returned and he was calling to ask why? I told him that I did not know what he was talking about. He tried to tell me that my information had been sent to a sweepstakes because I pay my utility bills on time and shop at walmart. Well mess up #1- I do not shop at walmart. I told him that I had his # on caller id and woould be checking with the BBB he got defensive at that time. I told him to have the original company that issues the check to call me. He stumbled over his words , he cussed at me. I told him that was no way to talk to a customer and told him what I thought of him calling me on a Sunday. Them I hung up the phone while he was still trying to figure out what to say next. Be ware!!!!!!

I got the same message, only they wanted $2,000. I told them they were crazy.

I live in the virgin islands got the same call from James Carson said he was from the national assets recovery services telling me that I won $2.5 million and that I needed to go to the western union and transfer $500 in order to collect my money and that I would receive it by 4pm today told me his general attorney Sean from Atlanta confirmed the transaction ppl please be aware

Scam from Winners International

Just got the same call.  Frank Lucas from US Claims Department.  Gave me ID number for winnings, phone number, the accountant's name, the name of the off-shore bank in Jamaica.  He told me I had won $2.5 million and a new Mercedes Benz.  Wanted to kow what color I wanted and what TV show would I like to be here when he presents me with the prize.  When I looked the number up on the internet, it shows he is calling from Seattle, Washington, so I don't know how he is supposed to give me this money "in person"

this guy by the name of Frank Lucas called from this number saying that i am the winner of a sweepstakes and my prize is 2.5million $$$ . BUT to get the money i have to send 75 $ TO KINGSTON JAMAICA to Natoya Wallace and then he told me that the stamp on the check is expired and that the bank of america requires 600$ TO PLACE A NEW STAMP . in which they would pay 450. and now he tells me that the ny state requires 2% before the check is delivered. which is 5000$
