Yeah, just got a call from an unknown male who after asking for me, hung up the phone when i said it was me.  I guess they are back at it again!  If you recognize the number, pick it up, these idiots can't handle a live caller. They'll stop after a few calls threatening them back and swearing at them in their language

Received threatening phone call from Jason at 206-420-6439 number today telling me I or my attorney of record needs to call the second I receive the message.  Told the same thing that others have posted on here about what will happen if I don't return the call.  I had pay day loans, but have since filed for bankruptcy.  Not sure where this is coming from, but reported it to the FTC.

I keep getting the same kind of calls from 2 different numbers - that are very threatening so make sure you do not give any information over the phone to these people

This is probably one of those call centers calling you IF you had a PayDay loan of any type and have failed to  make a payment for whatever reason.  In my case, I'm sure this may be from Seaside Cash since I had requested that they change the dates that they auto-debited my account and they failed to do so. On my part...I didn't follow up...and in fact they did NOT change the dates...but for awhile the money was there (timing...just the way the dates worked out).  But then they hit the date when there was no money. I called them and asked them why  they did not change the dates? They gave me some yokey doke story. I asked them to change the dates immediately and they refused citing that because I had overdue/non collected payments, they could not change my account. As a computer professional, trust me...when anyone says they 'can't do something because the computer won't let them'...that's a LIE. Someone, somewhere has "supervisor" or 'admin' or "super-user" authority...whatever they want to call it...to change something.  They refused and kept on attempting to debit my account on the old schedule which as of when I contacted them is not valid. So...I've closed my account. They didn't want to cooperate, so now to heck with them. I will pay them..but now, they're on my schedule.  They're in Belize...so if they want to come get me....they should bring friends. On the other hand....I may go and get them :)  Belize is very pretty; gorgeous women. I need a vacation!  LOL.  In fact, you can tell it's a script and /or same call center overseas somewhere because the verbiage is exactly the same.

These guys are ridiculous.  They called me about a year ago and I had so much fun with them, calling Charles Green back a few times a day to chat and basically be annoying.  They eventually blocked my number after hanging up on me over and over.  I would call and ask them when I was supposed to go to jail because the police did not come when they were supposed to and I wanted to be ready to go.  I gave them guys so much hell!  

Just got a call from them today...about a year later.  The fun starts again!  They will regret the day that they ever called me!  I will put them through nonsense hell again!

They have blocked my number from calling them...again.  But I can always call from other numbers!  I figure the more that I can annoy them will lower their chance of scamming someone else.

I wish I could share some of the fun I've had with Charles Green...or as I like to call him.....Charlie!

This number is scammer. They call and say they calling from legal dept. and when you question them they will  get rude and say you answer me. They are forgein callers. one name was Jason. ( and I could tell you its not Jason. and the other was using name of  Nick Steven. They want you to give them personal infomation. and or money

SUPER SCAM always sayint that they will sue me or I owe money. In all honesty its probably
a company in another country dumb enough to try to do this. Its sad, but I guess that's all
they resort to. If I ever came across anyone in person who does this, I would sock them in the face.

I called back and acted alert....

"Hey you called and said I was in trouble, what do I do??"

anyway, this happened to may a few years ago and I called back a few times, First I acted as a Magic Jack rep and asked for a customer survey. Second I called back and asked if I could mail a check and they gave me an address of some run down shack in California. Finally I called back a few more times to let them know it was me and then I'd hang up. Eventually they stopped answering my number, and yup, they stopped calling.

My company voicemail had this message - "...record to return the call.  The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive.  My name is Jason & the hotline to my division is 206-420-6439.  again, that's 206-420-6439. Don't disregard this message -- Return the call.  Now, if you don't return the call or I don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing that I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you.  Goodbye and best of luck."
I felt this was rather threatening.  The recording was cut off at the beginning by the outgoing voicemail message, so I've no idea what this is about.

These scam artists are using VOIP and actually are calling you from India using the VOIP like Magic jack which can give you a number that looks like they are calling from the United States.

I got a call from Jason who left a threatening message that sounded like he was reading a script. When I called I spoke to a "Charles green" who has the heaviest Indian accent I've ever heard and sounded just like Jason. He called saying there was an affidavit on me and that I was a suspect and would be served papers on Monday and threatened to tell my employer that I commuted theft and fraud cuz I got a payday loan and when they tried to take the money out of my bank they got a bad check something which makes no sense cuz only authorized parties or the IRS can go into someone's acct. Plus I have my credit report n bank statements showing I never had one. Plus one minute they can read this affidavit the next he's can't and forwarded it to their attorney n the next minute he now has it back to read to me smh such a scam that I'm not falling for. They try this every few months smh such a scam. I even reported them to the secret service. I don't know why they keep trying. Such a scam. I say when they call collect their information and report them to the secret service

This really a scam to the higest degree-I too have heard from "Jason". He calls me every two weeks on the dot-I am told by another source that if you have ever applied or obtained a payday loan-these compines sell your phone number to these scam jockies and they in turn sit in a room all day and try to convince people to give them the visa or master card do they wont "go to jail". When I told this clown reject that it would be no way I would ever give my card number to anyone over the phone, he told me to "prepare myself and say good-by to love ones cause I was going to jail"After I picked myself up from the floor from laughing, I told him to never call my number again-of course that was like saying call me as much as you want, cause he keeps calling-he has even called my friends that I listed as a reference for the payday loan I applied for-PLEASE people do not fall of this.

I received the same call all as the others from a guy named Jason with a strong Indian accent saying that me or my lawyer needs to contact him ASAP - he never states the name of the company he is calling on behalf or what this debt is a result of - when I researched the number its a cell phone in Seattle Washington.  Either way I continue to not answer or respond - b/c clearly based on these reviews and what I thought this is a SCAM and would be a complete waste of time to respond to.

Caller ID showed the number as "unavailable". "Jason", with a thick foreign accent left a scripted message to call him back or else things were gonna be bad for me, followed by wishing me luck if I didn't return the call. The number he gave was (206) 420-6439. Total scam! I am gonna go with the "or else" scenario and ignore "Jason". Unfortunately, "Jason" isn't so bright and will no doubt call back and leave the same message over and over until he figures out that I don't give out money over the phone to people who randomly call me from unknown countries or unverifiable businesses/phone numbers/debt with some silly story of me owing money and subject to jail, or whatever, if I don't pay.

As far as I am concerned, this phone number falls under the PRANK CALL category.

I get this call about once every month and it some guy named jason with a very deep accent of some sort of nationality. He threatens with an attorney. Says its time sensative, etc..Never states what company he calls from either.  So tired of it. I block one number and he calls from another number and another number.

Man calling leaving rather threatening messages..called comes up 000-000-0000. Wants my attorney to call or else! Kind of scary actually..some kind of scam?
