This afternoon I received a call on my celluar phone.  I answered the call not not knowing and there was a pre-recorded message.  I listened for 23 seconds and immediatley hung up.  How do these people get cellular phone numbers?  So disturbing!

Yea... This number called me and I make it a point not to pick up if I don't at least know the area code...

No voice mail left, no call back. No idea how they got my number, as I don't give it out online.... I use my landline in the rare instance that I must provide a number.

I didn't answer the phone at first, so I called the number back as they didn't leave a voice mail. The man calls himself Tony, its a prerecorded message, about making money. Then he gives you a number to call to listen to for about 20 mins and you leave your name & number and he calls you back. The catch is you have to do this call to the #503-389-2146, within 24hrs to learn how to do a "set up" that you do for an hr a day some how to earn money.  Don't know where they get your cellphone number from but they do.
