Got a call from this number today! They wouldn't give me any information and said I must pay over the phone or there will be a warrant out for my arrest. Same charges as everyone else described. She wantedme to use a major credit card. My fiancé got on the phone with her and was basicly telling her she has no proof and to get lost, she wouldn't provide any information about her work or the company's. We thought it was odd they got my phone number because its not in my name it is in his! She said this was from 6 years ago in 08 and I didn't have this number then and I was still in high school then! Please be careful people.

Received recorded  message re suppeona.  Only my first name was mentioned.  Did not reply as I thought scam an d wanted SS#.    206-430-5347

Caller left phone message to return call at 206-403-5347. Caller left threatening message about court action for "fraud"-never gave her name, identity of company or legal firm she was with, and, to top it off. This time stated a name and gave a case number but I do not know who they are calling about.  

they left a message on my phone stating they wanted my work number and said their client would except payment today i never called them back

Got a suspicious phone message at work with the same kind of message others have received and saying to call this number: 206-430-5347. I haven't committed any "fraudulent" activity but followed it up, anyway, and couldn't get any info so I told caller to send something in writing to my lawyer and we'd give her a response. Several days later, I got another call and was informed when I called back that there was no person with that name working there and that the call was an error. It didn't make sense what she said so I called back several times to get more info, speaking to a new person who answered each time and am still wondering how they got my phone numbers. Overall, the phone messages, talk with the caller who was identified by name herself, and subsequent calls with several different women at 206-430-5347 just didn't add up and raise a lot of red flags. Anyway, I filed a police report and hope others having such experiences with this number will do the same. Something is not right here and innocent people are being involved and taken advantage of.

I got the same message!  Should I be worried?

I just got a call from this number saying I was being charged with fraudulent activity.  Didn't say who they were calling for but said I would forfiet all rights once I was served.  I do not own credit cards and pay cash for everything since my divorce in 94.  Tried to call back but the mailbox was full.  Seems there are a lot of people getting the same calls.  

DO NOT call back!! These people threaten you with legal action saying they'll arrest you etc... Then say that you can take care of this matter by making a payment over the phone! Total scam!  They get your information from payday cash loans and then claim you never paid them.

You could invest in a call blocking device or phone. You shouldn't put up with this at all.

I always call this number back and ask for legal dept. And a very cordial voice says they called me in error and they will remove my number. They have been calling me for 8 years. Why? They never ask for money or information. It seems they are checking my phone number to see if it is a working number.

keep getting a call from a lady who does not leave her name but claims she is from processing and summons divisions and that I summons has been issued for me for two claim numbers. Today was third call and was threatened with legal action in which she stated they will see me in court.left a number which I didn't catch but it wasn't the same number on my caller id which was 206-430-5347.

Have been receiving calls everyday all week for "Dale Blackburn" who has no connection to me whatsoever.

I just recieved a call asking for Joseph Harvey to give updated address information or a warrant will be placed out for his arrest and that if he does not respond today he forfeits his rights to settle out of court. I am not sure where this number is and have been scammed in the past so I will not be informing them that he has never had this phone #.

this number kept on calling for my husband about fraudulent activity on his social security.. and kept on leaving case number... i would like to know what do we need to do with this?

Legitimate companies which comply with federal law do not offer up illegal threats.  Debt is civil, not criminal, so the threats are designed to make you scared enough to pay without paying attention to whether you owe the money to them or not.  And per the FDCPA, you should not pay any caller who refuses to mail proof of debt/proof they can legally collect.  If they won't prove you owe the debt to them via physical documentation, they can go pound sand.  Depending on your state, the statute of limitations for legal action to collect the debt may well be over too.  If you get their company name and address, please do report them to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General and be sure to tell them they threatened you and your mom with physical violence and arrest.

Same company called my sister's phone # saying credit card fraud. Went to police station to file identity theft report. Police called # and talked to rep. Half hour later they called my sis back and left same message on her machine. I have no knowledge of this at all!!

Continued from previous.. I basically just told my mom .. dont worry about it.. if the sherriff shows up at my door then we'll know .. I figured it was a collector trying their old illegal tactics  .. but even if it is something my mom owes .. its not life or death so whatever ..

5/15 .. 2:35pm got a call.. it was for my mom.. I figured it was a setup because Ive been there before.. it sucks .. for that moment you feel like you're life is over.. I know me and my mom both have bad credit but .. what they are doing is ridiculous.. my mom is disabled.. in a wheelchair .. credit is bs money talks .. I dont buy anything on credit anymore I learned my lesson. These people should be prosecuted .. bc I dont know too much... but I know that threatening jail or harm life behind an old debt is illegal.. measly couple hundred dollars that I probably paid back 10 fold .. it just wasnt recognized.. interest late fees.. they've long since received they're money .. just greedy ugly people..

This number calls me frequently. So what are they all about?

I have recieved calls from this number (2064035347) Feb and may, saying I would be served in court for a credit card that i have no knowlege of! On the recording it stated two fraudgalent charges against me was filed. So I called and I asked for an empoloyee name with work ID#, but they wouldn't give me that or the address of the company. One name was "Dana" THOT #1 and the other THOT #2 name was "Malisa". Thot means hoe or w***e!

I just got the same message on 5-14 @ 5:30pm what does it mean?

Msg on machine of a recording from an African American voice claiming fraudulent activity under the name of my husbands previous wife stating her SSN was traced to fradulent Discover Card charges.  She had to contact this number before she was served at home or work to avoid legal charges.
