They try to get you to sign up for an essentially useless $49.95 service by offering $25 a month in phone rebates. If you talk to them, just say "no No NO" and hang up.

This company is ruthless!  As stated above, just say NO! NO! NO!  If they continue to call, threaten them with the FCC.

Also, call your phone service provider immediately because you need to protect yourself from being billed.  It is always easier to be proactive than to try and have the fee removed after the fact!

I told them my bill handled by corp office in another state (which is true) and they got off the phone fast....they are slick in the way they handle the call - watch out!

They called our business line.  The company is United Prosolve.  They do claim to be a tech support service.  One they want to transfer you to a third party verification you know this is a scam to switch your local or long distance service.  Call both your local & long distance company and ask to put a "freeze' on your services.  This will eliminate any company trying to slam. Well worth your time calling to prevent this slammers.

United Prosolve is a rip off company.  They will talk to an employee and then beging charging  29.95 or more an your monthly phone bill until you finally catch that they are doing it.  Everyone needs to complain to their respective phone companies until they black ball them!

Same as above.  Asking to send info on rebates on the utility bill.  Very LOUD backgroud noise hard to hear her.  Something about passing me to someone to verify my address.  I told her we are in a multi-floor building therefore we dont pay utility. then she asked do we pay a phone bill.  kind of dumb question considering you are calling me on the phone.  So i answered NO since she is an idiot.  she abruptly hung up!

I agree, annoying yes.. But they are just trying to do there job. If you ask for them to remove you off the call list and they keep calling.. then Yes I will get rude =)

Got a call this morning with a guy telling me we would be receiving a rebate on our utility bill. What? He was so hard to understand that I had to ask him to repeat what he said. I'm always suspicious of people who tell me I can get a rebate right off the bat before they tell me what they're calling about. When I asked what the call was about, he said they offered tech support for faxes and all office applications, including internet. I told him that we had someone to take care of that, but he repeated that we could get a rebate on our utilities if I would just look over the material he was going to send. I finally had to tell him we were not interested and hang up.

I TOLD you to take  me off your list and what do you know, you people called back again.  YOU don't listen to what we are telling you!!!!  Quit calling people when they tell  you to remove them from your list.

Sure sounded like "I'm Tammy from the Post Office" to me. Wanted me to know my business "can receive rebates for the phone service." Told he "No Thanks." Let's see if it works...

Lady with a crazy low ashy/raspy voice called. Said she was from United Prosolve and that I'd be receiving rebates for my telephone bill?  O.o  I simply said, "Oh, no thank you" and hung up.  I guess I can be expecting more of these calls... -_-

I get a call from here from 6- 7 times per day I will not answer but I want it to stop.

WE ARE NOT A PHONE COMPANY!!!!!! If you people would listen to the call instead of having your mind on something else you would know that.  Do we charge your phone bill if you like the services yes as stated in the phone call.  However as I said we are not a phone company.  If you are not interested all you need to do is say remove me from your call list please.  We are all working a sales job just like any other business we are trying to sell something.  Please treat us with the same respect you would like.

it is united prosolve they claim to support all office equipment from computers to the telephone. will send information in mail AFTER address is confirmed.

They will claim you authorized it if you just say anything at all to them (will edit a recording of your voice where you said "Yes" to something).

I'm the manager of a gift shop. I have been getting calls from 2064456099 at least once a day. They are rude, hang up on you, and are the most abrasive people I have ever been on the phone with. They refuse to give you any information, and it appears as if they are LOOKING for a fight every time they are on the phone. I have asked them to stop calling and that I do not want what they are sending me; I am happy with my tech support service. They of course have an excuse for everything I say.
The owner of my shop called back finally just a minute ago and told them to take us off their call list and they said they would comply...but we've all heard that before, right?

Listened for a second.  Told the lady "F You".  She hung up.  Reporting them to the FCC doesn't work.  FCC is useless.

Lady called and said I would be receiving cash refund for phone service and wanted me to verify address.  I said 'no thank you', and hung up.

I own a hair salon. I was billed $49.95 this month on my phone bill 'on behalf' of this company. How do I get my money back? It is billed as a monthly fee. Please help. Whoever agreed to this does NOT have my permission to do so.

Heavy background noise...

Just received a call from them.  Heavy background noise as he introduced himself as Bruce.  I asked him to repeat himself due to the background noise and he got "snippy" and said "Ijust told you why I'm calling!"
When I said I was on a cell phone going into a meeting, he simply hung up.
Who are these obnoxious geeks???

this another scam...the caller said she was from technical support, what tech support? she didn't say. But I was going to get a discount on my phone bill. Horse feathers.
We get several calls like this a day. Its tiresome.
