Phone number calls my google voice number and goes right into the Spam folder. No rings, no contact. I put them into a virtual jail. Don't know what they are calling about and don't really care. I suggest any time you deal with a company like this or any payday loans etc...use a disposable google voice number.

called this number someone answered first ring. Says it is the Assistant Support Group 206-445-6128. My mother spoke to someone named Pamela from this number yesterday and she said they help with payday loans and student loans. I am not sure if this is a scam, or maybe someone (scammer) is shadowing this number.

This phone number just called my phone. I did not pick up and they did not leave a message. But I see from the other post that it is a scam artist. I pray they are stopped. How may more people need to fall pray to these people.

Called back + the number goes to Assistance Support Relief - they do something regarding payday loan debt relief.

They keep calling and I just have it go to voice-mail. No messages left, and I do not have any pay-day loans.

Today I received a call from 2064456128 ( came up Washington) They stated that they were a company who helps people like myself who have been SCAMMED BY A ONLINE PAYDAY LOAN. When I started asking questions she placed me on hold and the the call died. She (Nicole) did offer me a "website" before hanging up, YEAH RIGHT what a joke! THESE WOMEN WERE SPEAKING PERFECT ENGLISH LET ME TELL YOU, NO ACCENT AT ALL. So after reading the comments here I tried calling back. Nicole answered and I asked for their website, she stayed silent and then hung up!!!! SCAM ALL THE WAY...BEWARE!!! I called yet AGAIN, THIS TIME SMARTER!!!Names; Jessica, Pamela, Nicole,Sofia. and notify the company that the # is owned by. Their official response is that we (the people getting the calls) need to block the # or contact the company that's calling and tell them to stop calling. But I think enough complaints will prompt them to hopefully close the account of the business that is harassing us.

I got a call from this number and researched it on this website.  

Once I found out what it's all about, I called the number and waited until someone answered.  I then put blasting music and I could hear the person on the other end screaming like crazy.  I did this about 15 times.  They even called me back, but I put the music on again.

That'll teach them to call me at 6am PST!!!  I have been trying to call the number and I have been blocked.  Well, good riddance!!!!

I called this number back and they stated there was a new program in my state (Pennsylvania) that helps get rid of debt. The woman asked if I had any debt or pending student loans that needed to be paid, so since she had no idea who I even was, I realized it was just telemarketers so I lied and told her my credit was perfect. lol

Previously got calls from this #, most of which would disconnect before I had a chance to answer. Today I called it back, and got an answer, and told the lady that I kept getting calls from this #. She asked is this Mr. Matlock? I answered and she said she'd remove my #.

JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.  DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESSAGE BUT THE NUMBER CAME UP ON MY CALLER ID AS "ASSIST". I CHECKED INTO THE NUMBER AND IT'S BASED IN SEATTLE.  I WILL BLOCK NUMBER AFTER READING OTHER REPLIES....THANKS FOR ALL THE INFO.

This is crazyyyyy. I know that plenty of people has received a phone call from this number. Who are these and people and where are they calling from?? This is like the 3 time this person has clled me. When I try and call the number back, I get a busy signal. Stranged. i think I'm going to hire a private investagator!!!

This is happening to me also.  I tried calling the phone number back and I get nothing.  Who investigates these illegal phone scams anyway.  I have my phone on the national do not call list and I will report this number there.  I don't really see what good it will do though as it is a fraudulent company/individual.  Do we report it to the FCC or the FBI?

Called me on T-Mobile emergency phone TWICE Today, left NO message, See on other post's this is evidently a nuisance number probably looking for someone that had this number before.

I just started receiving calls from this number but I Immediately blocked it as I now do every number that calls me that is out of my area code and I don't recognize. You see, I DID, unfortunately,  take out a couple of payday loans on the internet because we were in a bind and needed some assistance. Since my credit score is too low to get a conventual loan, this was my only solution. I gave them all the pertinent information needed to secure the loans and agreed to have a set amount withdrawn from my checking account on a specific day of each month. Since I am retired and had my pension check automatically deposited on the first day of each month, that was the day I specified to them to withdraw the funds. But they would send it through before the first of each month causing my account to be overdrawn. Since I had overdraft protection, my bank would go ahead and send them the funds but would obviously charge me the overdraft fee of $38 each time. I called them about this and indicated to them that they can't send it through prior to the first of each month because it was causing me these fees and they needed to refund me the bank charges since they were not honoring the agreement. But they were not receptive of this request and would continue to withdraw the funds early. So I just closed my bank account so they could no longer "screw me up" at my bank. And now they are getting NOTHING and will continue to get NOTHING because they have no recourse. I am retired with no employer they can contact and since their calls to my phone are repeatedly "blocked", I NEVER, EVER talk to them regardless of how many times they might call or anyone else that might be trying to collect on the loans. I had every intention of paying them back for the loans, even though the interest rate was "obscene", but they "made their own bed" so to speak and now will not receive one more dime - PERIOD ! ! !

I Had The Same Thing Happen To Me, It Is A Scam And Whatever Bureau Of Investigation You Have In Your State Is Interested, Tell Them To Link It To Other Bureaus And They Will See Other Victims Of These Same People And If They Tell You Any Personal Information About You "SS#, Bank Info" Anything Related To You Like That, They WILL Make A Case Of Extortion For You, Believe Me I Did It. This Is Actually A Full Scale All State Scam By T**** Head Con Artist Extorting Money From American People For God Knows What, It's Up To US To Stop Them. Thanks.

I Called These People Back And They Knew My Name Right Off The Bat, They Are A Loan Consolidation Place, They Asked If I Still Had Loans, I Said No, Which I Do, But It's Non Of Their Business, Then They Asked If I Had Credit Cards, I Said No, Again Which I Do, But It's Non Of Their Business And He Just Said "Ok Thank You" And Hung Up.

I had this happen to me at work from another phone # and unfortunately it got so bad I ended up getting fired.  My job did not say it was because of the calls...but when you are being harassed every single day, it starts to mess with you so my job performance went down.   The first time I answered is where I made my mistake...because I listened to what they said and told them I needed to see some type of paperwork as I had taken out a payday loan but I had paid it back...and as stated above they won't send you anything and it just starts a phone war with them.  To make matters worse in my case was the fact that my boss decided it was a good idea to jack with them one day when I was out of the office...telling them he was me - they said no it's not you're a man, my boss said I had a sex change this is Melissa...I guess it went on and on and he said they got rude and crude and he just laughed at them.  All that did is make them start harassing me even more and becoming very rude telling me they were going to come to my work and shove something up my a#s.  I reported them to the FTC and they said it was actually extortion as they were demanding money from me and that I needed to also report it to the police department.  The police cannot do anything about it - so basically ANYTIME I get a call from a number I do not know I look it up on-line to see who it is and if anyone has reported anything.  So I hope my story will help someone else - it is a SCAM don't engage them!

They have called 6 times in the last 24 hours to my new mobile number. I finally answered their 6:37 am call. It was payday loans. She said I had used them in the past. I told her I was new to the US and it was a new phone number, please remove me from her call list. She said she was not allowed to.
