Got a Call at 1 40 pm this afternoon from a heather at Card Holder services. I had to press 2 for the Do Not call list. Someone needs to shut down this new scam immediately. These b*****ds have nothing better to do.

received a call at near noon pst on 19 august 2013... automated caller said i had a student loan to pay. i am not aware of any outstanding loan. said i would be called back in 30 minutes.

Multiple calls from Heather at Credit Card Services.  Pressing 2 does NOT take me off the list and being on the DNC registry does not prevent the calls.  Call came from 209-220-1930

On Verizon, you can block up to 5 callers for a period of 90 days after which you must add them again. Not sure if other cell carriers do that, but it's nice to have.

No, DNC list does not work for : charities, political organizaitons, surveys....iF ANYONE'S on Facebook, remove all your telenumbers from your profile and set your privacy to Friends only or to Me Only.

I'm through Time Warner and mine also had the "SCAM: CAP SVCS".

I get called every day from this number - The first time they called, I asked them to stop calling and they hung up on me.  I have received calls every day since.

They want to consolidate my debit and I don't have any!

GOT CALL FROM CAP SUC, PHONE #1-510-699-9231, AT 10:21 A.M.  DIDN'T ANSWER OR CALL BACK.  ON MY CALLER ID.

I received a call from them on April 18, 2012 at 2:30 PM.  I pressed "1" to be taken off their call list, and when a live person answered, I said that there were 4 reasons that I wanted to be taken off their list.  I said, "1. I'm on the 'Do Not Call' list; 2. This is a cell phone; 3. I'm at work; 4. I've never had a credit card in my life."

The guy who answered then replied, "5. You're a jerk!" and hung up on me!

Ha just making sure I wasn't the only one who had my caller ID say "SCAM-Cap Svcs" Hilarious!

Caller ID says-  SCAM: CAP SVCS.  They got it right.  Just a scam call.  Did not and will not answer.

Call repeatedly and there is no one there.  They just hang up after awhile.  How do I report this?  We too are on a "do not call" list.

usual stuff from these creeps. been getting this pitch for years now. 'lower your credit card rates'

They continually call even though I requested to be removed from their list. i do not have a credit card, or a debit card for that matter, and I DO NOT NEED OR WANT their services!!!!

Please stop them from calling.

They call repeatedly and I simply hang up.  Tired of waiting through it long enough to talk to a person to tell them to stop calling.  It obviously does not work.

They began calling me today. I stopped the others....will do the same to these, since I now know they're scam callers. I pick up the handset, wait for them to say something to know I've made a connection, then I loudly blow a whistle into the phone. No more calls from them!!! Someone who used to do telemarketing told me to do this....says it does something to their computers. I was getting up to 14 calls a day for months from one scammer, and up to 8 calls a day for months from another....they just wouldn't let up.... I blew the whistle....no more calls from them.

what can these persons be doing when they call and say nothing and never leave a message?

This number continues to call even though my phone blocks it after 5 rings...  the 5 rings are still annoying as it makes me stop whatever I am doing to see who's calling. Also on the DNC list. However IF you call them back they can then continue to call you & claim they are trying to return your call!

I just received the same call "SCAM:  CAP SUCS" from 206-445-6131.  Did not answer phone and no message was left.  What the heck is this???  I did a search on the white pages and it shows as a landline in Washington, but I am not paying to find out the owner of the number.
