Caller ID said "Home Security."  Recorded message said that "due to an increase of criminal activity in your area"  an entity called "GE Home Security" was providing five homes with a "new onstar home security package" at "no cost to you" provided your are willing to "post a small sign" in your front yard so they can "advertise the new technology" available in the neighbor.  Recording then asked "Press 1 if you are willing to put a small sign in your front yard" and a different recorded voice asked "Press 9 to be taken off our list."  This home security come-on has been reported in this forum before - now apparently they are using yet another phone number -- this one seems to be a cell phone with a Washington State area code, based on a brief on-line search of the number.
