I called the number back and it was a recording to opt out of telemarketers calls but it gave a different number than the one that called me.

I get these calls since I put my numbers on the Do Not Call list.. pisses me off!

Three calls this morning, each from a different number reported at this site as spammers. I am going to leave my phone OFF.

Aggravating.

They call me twice daily, but I know not to pick up. I know that if I pick up, it will just add me to a list of numbers to call. I just wish it'd stop. My teachers aren't fond of me spazzing in my seat every time my phone vibrates.

Yeah I got the same recording "Your Car warranty has, or is about to expire"  No company name, just press one or two if you want to be bla bla bal. They called me a few times, but sometimes it was a differnt recording. So it's like what the heck?

KEEP GETTING THIS SAME NUMBER TO MY CELL PHONE REPEATEDLY!!!! FUNNY THING IS, I JUST ADDED MY NUMBER TO THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, LOT OF GOOD THAT DID, HUH?

they called me aswell 5pm. I called back in the middle of the night all circuits are unavailable at this time was the messsage I got. Thought it was an important call but seems like its bullshet. idk anyone from Seattle.

So sorry you got taken. NEVER, EVER, give credit card, debit card, bank information, social security information, mother's maiden name, or ANY other information to someone who calls you on the phone. It's too late to tell you that, you know now. I'm writing it for others.

As someone else said, get a lawyer working for you, go back to the police, have the bank trace where the money went to.

Spam caller, calls my cell about once a week - which is illegal. I ignore it, as well as all calls which are not in my address book.

They could be calling old numbers from warranties bought 2 to 5 years ago. As fate would have it, I still have all the same information I had when I bought my last car; and the warranty is going to expire in 7 days...

Just figured out that the calls are going to Google Voice then as I set up, forwarding to my cell phone.  So I just added my Google Voice number to the do not call registry to try to stop the calls from the spammer.

This number kept calling leaving a message about my car warranty, called back no answer.  HOWEVER, this time I picked it up, pressed the correct answer buttons (1,1,1,1) and someone called me back.  That number, if anyone is interested, is 269-978-1229.  There might be a live operator that you can "discuss" with.

I reported to FCC.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone.  No message.  Not calling back.

they wouldnt give a straight answer as of what company they represented

I looked up who was the parent company on Searchbug.com.
The number is registered to CallerID4U. I called their customer support line (206-792-9399) and filed a complaint about 2064456613. (I had to leave a message, but they did call me back) They said they would block all their services from calling my number.

I guess I will find out tonight if they call again.

Called me also, twice over three days.  I never answered.  The voice mail was the same as what others reported about car warrenty expiring.  I warrenty expired years ago, so I knew this was fake.  Just reporting it so other know not to call it or you'll be letting them know you're a good number.

It's a recorded message. Tried to call to tell them to stop.

go see a lawyer it shouldnt cost anything for you to go in and ask them to see what you can do about it but if its a scam sorry to say not much you can do unless you find out who the scamer was.

these idiots keep calling me at work and if i answer when they get the msg on there recording they can understand how mad they make people. not that they care they get paid to piss us off!!

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

They just left a message recording saying it was Verizon and to call back and enter my phone number. This is a scam and these people are scumbags. If you don't know a number don't answer. If they leave a message saying its a bank or Verizon. Call the provider in question yourself with a know number and not the number they leave on your voicemail

Called me. Left a dead voice-mail with clicking. Called number and got a recording about pressing any digit to be added to the do not call list. I have a flip phone so i just closed it without touching any digits. This really p*sses me off as my cellphone is not given out to anyone or any business or creditor. I have a land-line for that. I am assuming this call was made randomly.

i just got call from a number 206-445-6613..its a SCAM .. be careful..its a real SCAM !!
