I just start asking a lot of questions when can it be installed, what response times, who monitors, can I tie in multiple buildings on the property etc. When they think they have a big sale, I tell them to install the free system so I can save my local alarm company the cost, and because if I have to sign a contract, it is not free. The longer they are tied up on the phone they are not selling the scam.

Have gotten the same call twice. Must be the same people who are offering $3,00.00 in saving certificates for food stores and the free medic alert bracelet or necklace. Looked up number and gave exact automated message and it is a SCAM!!!!!

I just received a pre-recorded phone call that started with "Do not hang up! Your home has been selected for a free security system. You will receive free installation and equipment. The truth of the matter is, the FBI reports... " I hung up. This is not the first time this someone had called me about a "free" home security system. One time I stayed on the line and got an operator (with a very heavy foreign accent) who finally told me that there is a monthly monitoring fee. I can't remember how much it was. I wish there was a way to block these calls without paying extra for the blocking service at my provider.

I just rec'd the same type of phone call. I tried looking up on the FTC website to see if it was a reported scam. Unfortunately, the website was not available because of the government shutdown.

Re: 206-445-6672 Unauthorized Auto Calling
This company has been autocalling me for weeks, which I understand is against the law. They offer a free security system home installation, which makes perfect sense. Why wouldn't they give these away?
When I called the number back, I was passed to a sales person, who said their company was Security Solutions. He promised to take my number off their list, and when I started ranting at him, he hung up on me.
