As I answered my call from this number, I heard ringing, the sound I would hear if I myself were calling someone, instead of the other way around. Then, the ringing stopped, I heard a beep or two, and the line disconnected.

I received a call from this company and I am on the National Do Not Call list.  When I called back a voicemail prompted stating if I didn't want to receive future calls to press 1.  I pressed 1 and opted out.

Yes same annoying call here after posting on craigslist.

Same thing happened to me...answered, then it started to ring.  I hung up right away.

I, too, received a call. As soon as I picked up it started to ring on another line. I immediately hung up. My phone allows me to block calls - hope it works.

while I am writing this, my co-worker got the phone call from same number.

called the 206 445 6971 # back and was prompted to press 1 to be removed from list...

3 calls from this # in 2 weeks. Not on Craigs list and don't know how my # was obtained. Call is a land line from Seattle.

Also received a call and when I answered it rang as if I were calling the number.  No one answered and I hung up.  I am also on a "do not call" list.

I got a call from this number yesterday on my cell.  I did not answer and they didn't leave a message.  I will not be calling them back to give them a live number.

I got a missed call from them, but I have never posted anything on craigs list.

Phone rang from this number. I answered, only to hear the phone ringing on the other end. Then, the line was disconnected. I didn't speak to anyone or call the number back. I rarely give my number out, although I did give it to Buckle clothing store yesterday. I haven't put my number on Craigslist. The call was made to my cell phone, and I'm pretty sure that I added that number to the Do Not Registry.

Received a call from 206 445 6971 this afternoon.  Did not answer because I do not know anyone with this area code.  I've never used Craig's List.

This number called my cell phone, I didn't answer, a message was not left.

It's just a way someone, I'm sure you all know who, to check on where you are. I bet all got their calls through their cell phone, every time they call they can trace to where approximate area you are at the time.

Call recieved 04/12/10.  I am also on the Do Not Call List. I did not recognize the number so let it go to voice message. They did not leave a message. I do not use Craigslist.
