Call was from some woman asking if I wanted Ref 74 to be approved. Don't know if was telemarket, pollster, or person pushing Ref 74. Question really is how she knew my private, unlisted, and restricted cell phone number in order to call me.

Survey call, huh? The only survey I will voluntarily answer rolls around every 2-4 years. All others, pay me for my opinion.

I also received a missed call from this number. Several of you mentioned that the voice that answered said "sorry wrong number." I had 4-5 calls in a 2 day period with the same answer. After talking with the phone company and the police I was told this is a telemarketer that has dialed more than one number at the same time. When someone answers the first call and you answer the second call the telemarketer sends you the "Sorry wrong number" message. I'm in support of consenting adults chosing to marry another consenting adult!
