It's Adobe systems regarding a trial version of the Creative Suite - trying to get you to buy the full version.

Just called me for the first time. I let it go to the answering machine and they hung up without leaving a message. Searched them online and it took me to The Body Shop in Seattle WA. SPAM, SPAM, SPAM, SPAM.....

If the same number came up when your sister called you then somehow that man may have gotten into your phone company's system. Make sure that there are no call charges being made your phone bill account.

Just got this call at 6:45 pm. Man with Indian accent asked for me by name and said that he was calling from "the pharmacy". Then he said that he was from my pharmacy. I asked him what the name of my pharmacy was and he didn't know. I know this scam. The man will say he can get you any drug you want at a dirt cheap cost just so he can get your credit card number.

This is a scam call. Do Not Fall For It!!!!   DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION !!!!

We just got called from this number and a man was trying to tell my wife he was from the windows systems and that they were third party. He said there was alot of malware on our computer and my wife said what computer and he said well the one you use the most. He said to turn the computer off and he would tell her what to do. He sounded like he was from India. She hung up at that time. I looked it up on manta and it told me it was a real body shop for cars in Seattle Washington.

I received two calls regarding the same scam naming 2 separate Payday Loan companies.  They gave the same routine; they want to speak to my lawyer.  On both calls I pushed the issue.  One caller with the Body Shop Digital I D (206) 494-0311, says I took out a $7,000 payday loan and failed to pay it off, the other first said the same amount but when I pressed him for details he transferred me supposedly to a Para legal who when I started questioning him and I repeated the amount he said it wasn't for $7,000.  The company was looking for me to pay them $791 to pay off what was probably a $400 payday loan.  I forgot to mention, the first caller when I started raising questions he started reading me a form of my Miranda rights, lol.  That call ended with my telling him I would see him in court.  I could tell he was somewhat taken back and tried once again to talk about possibly settling but he got the same answer.  The second caller pretty much had the same reaction especially when told him I was entitled to copies of the documents proving that I in fact had taken a loan out and a copy of the arrest warrant along with a copy of the complaint.  He told me he would mail them.  Another joke, he told me the loan was taken out on January 7, 2012. So that means there is a warrant out for my arrest for failing to pay a $400 loan almost 3 months ago.  Yeah right.  I don't think so. I told him I have my bank statements and his response was they could have been altered so they would not stand up in court.
So the bottom line here is if you applied for a Payday loan, these vulchers  get your information, and know whomever you applied with, declined your application they seize the opportunity to through some legalese terms and threats in hopes that you will send them a few bucks to make them go away.  Unbelievable, how these scams are able to avoid prosecution.  Hopefully, they will be foolish enough to mail me the documents I requested and there is enough of a paper trail for me to forward to the proper authorities.  The first caller claimed it was about a payday loan I had with a company Called Payday Plus which was interesting as the caller I D appeared as Body Shop Digital, and the other was from a company called American Cash Loans.  If you have any doubt about this being a fraud you should Google American Cash Loans and what you find should put your mind at ease.  I don?t usually write or post anything on the internet but these guys really pissed me off.

IF YOU ARE SO SURE ABOUT WHAT YOUR SAYING BOB THEN YOU SHOULD GIVE THIS GUY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND THEN SEE, MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY IN THAT ACCOUNT. THIS INDIAN ACCENT GUY IS A SCAM PERSON AND THERE IS NO DOUBT IN OUR MIND THAT THIS GUY IS TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE, BOB MAYBE YOUR WITH HIM.

I to have recieved calls from this number and they stated that they were calling me to give me $50.000.00, or $60.000.00 dollars in my account for a plying for grant money. They wanted me to give them my credit card number and deduct $2.87 for a one time filing fee.These people are scam artist and needs to be reported.  I told them that i did not have an account and would call the bank to get one and then give them a number to a empty account. When they called my husband it came up Washinton, when they called back 1hr later it came up BODYSHOPDIGITAL. THE Wastington number was 206-708-.2847 when they called me the numbers was 206-494-0311. Im with yous on reporting or catching these crooks well they are trying to take people for there money we were just to smart. What about the people that may fall for this?

Got a call from this number. Obviously robo dailing. I picked up and the man said he was calling about our computer (I'm visiting my grandparents at the moment, glad I was here for this call). I humored him and asked him what was wrong with it. He said for the past few weeks they've been receiving errors, etc, etc. I told him I'm not an idiot and to not insult my intelligence and he hung up.

just received a call from this number and they identified themselves as "American Veterans Hospital Association", looking for contribution again this year like I sent them last year. Definately haven't donated to them in the past, and won't in the future!  Believe it's a scan as the number comes up a "body shop digital".

My mother received a pone call from this number. lady said she was looking for my ex husband or me. She said her name was Marcia Heaton and asked my mother to give her number to my ex husband. She said she was representing Peachtree Law center.This lady had also called and left a voicemail on my phone todayasking me to call her.From what I have read online,these people are debt collectors who try to scare people into sending them money. Know your rights. I dont plan to return her call.

THIS IS A SCAM. If they ask you to open the systems tab in eventvwr.msc to see all the errors, these harmless errors are *normal* for any Windows PC (mine has several and it runs just fine). Don't let them take control of your PC because they can download *real* malware, possibly a malware suite, that can spam, steal bank logins and personal info, etc. If they've remoted into your PC, the safest fix is to re-format your drive and re-install your OS assuming you have clean backups of your data. You can try scanning with various antivirus software but scanning may not find all the malware. If you don't know how, get help from friends or pay a local shop to do it. THIS IS A SCAM.

Some Indian guy called me from this number at 9:30pm EST last night. He told me my computer had a virus and it was hitting his server. Being I wasn't born yesterday or in 1910, I screwed around with him for a good 15 minutes. Trying to save others from his scamming, I was trying to see what website he would direct me to so I could try to obtain his IP address but he took me to a site where he would remotely access my computer. Obviously I didn't let him take over my computer... I asked for his number so I could "call him back tomorrow, when I had more time." He kept insisting he would call me and I finally said give me your number or I don't want to deal with you... he started 760- and hung up. I did a *69 and found this number. I hope this guy calls me back today.

This person called 3 times.  After hanging up 2 times, I let him talk to my husband.  We got that he won 5.5 Million dollars from the Publisher's Clearing House and he needed to send a "package" but needed some more information.  He just asked questions, like your address, if you are an American citizen, if we had a checking account, etc.  After my husband asked what he was in the package, he kept asking questions.  My husband told him that if he couldn't tell him what was in the package, he was going to hang up, which he did.  THEN, he had the nerve to call again from 206-494-0311.  I hung up on him again.  Very pushy.

this guy is a scam artist.  he also uses caller ID masks from Jamaica, or the number comes up unavailable.

Got a call this morning, caller ID said bodyshopdigital.  The man with an Indian accent said he was calling from UPS about a prize delivery.  I just told him to hang up because it was a scam.

This is a scam!! Do not give any of your credit card info!! A man with an Indian accent has been calling my house non stop. He keeps telling us our computer is in danger it has a very bad virus all our documents will be lost if we don't allow him to fix it. He then will ask for your credit card number. The number has come home private but this last time it came up body shop digital.

i just got called from the same number with body digital shop with the same number i pick up (and this is a chinese restaurant im the manager ) to a female with a low tone of voice so i ask ma'm can you speak a litle louder i cant hear you? she says nothing so i hang up 2 mins later a male who sounds indian or whatever accent he has asks me is this a chinese restaurant so then why dont you speak chinese and curses me out calls me a bi*** and stupid little bi*** and so i cursed him out as well later on i tried to call back to end this hostelity so then find the number is "not in service" this is outrageous prank calling people dont have time for this and this is disrespectful so i hope all these complaints will help find whoever is doing this

I want to make a correction. The call wasn't from a telemarketer or scammer. I had my friend from Australia call using a phone card and the "bodyshopdigital" seems to be the carrier service. She emailed me 5min after the call was placed to let me know she was trying to reach me. Don't necessarily right off this number, it could be someone traveling or abroad trying to call you.

Saw this number on my caller ID when I got back from working the night shift.  Display indicated it was from "BODYSHOPDIGITAL" and the call was placed at approx 12:30am EST!!!!  No message was left on the answering machine. Thankfully I work nights otherwise I would have been quite upset! I haven't bothered to call back, maybe I'll treat them to a late night call one of these days :)


I would speculate that this isn't a real "body shop" and probably similar to those annoying "Rachel from Card Holder Services" type scams. Probably best to ignore it.

what's strange about this company... when they call, my caller ID comes up "BODYSHOPDIGITAL and the number is 206-494-0311. Well, I did research on that number last night, nothing to be found. There was some input today on it when I googled it. Then when my sister calls me, it comes up with this number and I was like "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT?" and my sister was like, "Are you ok?" I did a google search on BODYSHOPDIGITAL and the address is 999 3rd Ave, Seattle, Washington 98104 and their phone number is listed as 206-494-0100. When you call it, there is dead silence for a few minutes then you get a busy signal. When you call the 206-494-0311, the operator recording comes on immediately, "Your call can not be completed at this time." .. then they called again a few minutes ago and I thought it was my sister and it was a recording saying, "You need to call us back as we asked you to. Call 1-800-620-0371. Again, you need to call us back ... " they gave the 800 number again. The message was a snotty attitude and very pushy! So, I called the number and the lady answered right away with, "Is this SOandSO?" I said, "Who the hell is this?" They said they were Tracor (or however you spell it) Company and if I was SOandSO. I said NO, you have the wrong number and she said, with an attitude, "we will remove this number".. then I said, "Why is your call coming up as BODYSHOPDIGITAL with a Washington State phone number?" She said (again in a snotty voice), "I don't know, I'll remove this number".. I just hung up! I owe noone one, I don't even own credit cards... I am happy to say, I am debt free, other than our monthly household bills (i.e., lights, phone, etc)... so they better get their facts straight. I have blocked all three numbers.... JERKS! I hope they are on here reading all these comments. I will also be contacting my attorney. I had to unblock the 206-494-0311 number, as this time it was my sister calling! This is ticking me off big time!
