This Guy is relentless.  He has been calling me at least 6 times a day, he is also calling my work. They got my info from a pad day loan place and has been harassing me constantly. I have asked him several times to quit calling me.  He has different numbers that he calls from. Sometimes he calls himself John McClain. When he first started harassing me, I looked up his number and there was a long list of scam alerts saying that he told people that they owed money and that he wants you to pay if, if you don't pay he calls your references and work, family and friends.  Luckily, I have a nice receptionist that finally told him that I am not allowed to have personal phone calls. I have threatened him back also, with no avail. He just keeps calling.  There is also a girl that calls sometimes.  This is only 1 of his 80 companies that they go under. If you ask him to mail you anything he gets threatening. He knew my banking account number the last 4 digits of my SS number.  I have alerted my bank just in case. I called the police to see if they could do something for me, they said that they could not do anything  because he has not broken the law.  One time the guy told me he was with the FBI, is that not impersonating a federal officer??  There has to be something I can do.

I get a call from this number every morning at the same time. They never say anything. They call every 30 mins. If i say hello they hang up right away. I have even said Sheriff Dept. Then they hung up. I haven't said anything.  I don't even answer and they call right back. It is very aggravating.

They left me a message claiming to be from Comcast saying that they were expanding the list of digital channels that I am receiving.  It sure didn't sound like a Comcast call though.

Supposedly from my state representative about a "free dental" clinic. I have now received 3 political calls and one call from disabled vets wanting donations in the last 5 minutes. I am on the no call list!!! whats the point!!!

Got one from this number too, at 1044H Pacific Time, on my cell phone.
Didn't recognize it so I didn't answer. Caller left no message, so I didn't bother to call back.  

I suspected it was spam from the get go. These posts just confirmed my doubts.

Got a call from this number with a prerecorded Spanish voice telling me to press 1 to claim my $1000 prize. Didn't press 1, but do have my phone registered with the national do not call registry. Guess that doesn't work so well...

My message (also in Spanish) from #2064945299 said I should press 1 to claim my $1000 prize. I didn't press 1. Ha! Too bad they didn't give a little more info in the message, I could really use $1000 right about now!

Just received call from 206-494-5299 at 2010-09-22 at 11:05 am CST did reverse look up saw these posts.

I called the number back and got "I'm sorry the number you've dialed has been disconnected."

The 630 area code is just outside of the Chicago area, I used to live in the 630. (Part of it is in DuPage County, IL)

I got call from this no and the guy told me that he wanted to talk to somebody named "Tom bradshaw" or someone with that name. I instantly knew that it was a prank call as I receieved so many calls at my no from people trying to talk to TOM BRadshaw. I think some people have too much time for prank call. One thing interesting: Everytime I get this call, the caller have some mangolian accent..meaning..chinease, korean or malaysian like that...tone.

Has anyone been able to talk to the caller, or this number is all missed calls.

Received a call that began with, "I swear, I am not trying to sell you anything." It was some kind of debt-lessening company. I told her "I have no debt, I am on the Do Not Call registry, and I will be reporting this call". She said she would take me off the company's list and then hung up.

Today I received a call from this number. It was recording in Spanish. It said that It from register caixer and I would receive a win...and after said press number 1 to confirm...I think it was fishing personal information...It was a second time for my cellphone.

Also getting these calls.  To bad it cost to have numbers blocked.  Carriers need to change this policy for just these types of call.

Got a call from this number. If you've recently ordered meds online (I'm talking even legally!) they will get your number and try to get other info from you saying "there's a problem" with your order. Just tell them you're reporting them and they will hang up & not bother you again.

Got called by this number. It's another seedy and of questionable legality debt collector. Someone who had the same number as I do now 10 years ago had an old debt bought for next to nothing by these scumbags no doubt. These idiots just go on the info on a sheet in front of them. If Joe Public's # was xxx-xxxx then it must still be. Ah the days before number portability. This creep will call for a few days and then lose interest as he goes after the next "collection." All that you can do is ignore them, they eventually go away. Or report them, I have in the past but don't know what good it does.

Second call in 1 hour...first one they hung up after a 5 second dead silence time. This time I answered and waited for 3 seconds before I just hung up, though I heard a voice as I pressed end call on my phone.

My boyfriend is getting calls every week, sometimes more often.  Usually it is a 1-800 number.  But tonight at 7:14pm CST it was from this number.  Each time they call they say there are from an attorneys office and ask for verification of his social security number an home address.  Every time he asks what this is regarding they keep asking for very personal information.  He continues to hang up and they keep calling.

got a call from this number on my net10 prepaid phone, tried to answer, the phone said 'not allowed' and wouldn't pick up!
