This call came in as Jesse and Bill.  I did not answer.

Jess and Bill - they are incessantly harassing. I pick up the phone and there is no response.

I am reporting every single call to both the Do Not Call Registry and to the FCC (the complaint category is Abandoned Calls - it is illegal). I have also talked to my phone carrier and am tracing each call. The phone company will send the traces to the police and if there are 5 such calls, the police will prosecute. Jess and Bill are in Seattle and the number is a landline with MCI as the carrier. If the FCC gets repeated complaints, they eventually actually do something.

LAST TIME I GOT A CALL FROM SEATTLE WASHINGTON, THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME ELECTRIC, HERE ON THE EAST COAST. I DO NOT NEED TO PAY TRANSPORTATION CHARGES CLEAR ACROSS THE COUNTRY. YES, THIS WS JESS AND BILL. GEE IT'S FUNNY, THEY LEFT NO MESSAGE.

Hang up before machine picks up..says Jess and Bill with this number 206) 494-9999 call came in 9:05 pm est.

Been receiving calls from 206-494-9999. The person keeps hnging up and it frightens my wife and kids.

206-494-9999 has called house phone three times. When we answer no one is there.  I called the number back and it says, "you have reached Jess and Bill" .  The caller id also says jess and bill.

Several calls received the last two days from 206-494-9999. Caller ID lists "Jess & Bill" then changes to "Private". I never saw caller ID do this before! I called the number today, on a restricted line, and got voice mail stating that their mailbox was full. Their number is now blocked on my phone.

They just called.  They didn't even wait for 3 rings.

I've received two calls in the past few days, no one answers when I pick up.  The number is 206-494-9999

Same as BHW but have called three of four days in a row and hang up before the answering machine kicks in - don't know no Jess or Bill and don't intend to "get to know them"

The company called several times and harrassed my husband. We told them we knew it was scam but he would not give up. We even told him that we called the policy but the man on the phone would not stop.

I have not answered yet, but Caller ID says Jess and Bill.  I don't know a Jess and Bill.  I have gotten two calls so far, one last night and one a few minutes ago.
